Dans le cadre du programme des mille talents chinois, les pays développés devraient interdire aux chercheurs de chaque pays de fournir des informations et des conseils aux universités et instituts de recherche chinois.

Je pense que la Chine attaque non seulement les chercheurs mais aussi les représentants du gouvernement avec des «pièges à miel».
