한 신문이 “일본이 북한에 5명을 돌려주지 않으면 북한은 미사일을 일본에 쏠지도 모른다”고 썼다.

Am 29. behauptete Kim Yo-jong, Vizedirektor der Partei, dass dies eine Reaktion auf in Südkorea lebende nordkoreanische Überläufer sei, die mit Luftballons Flugblätter gegen das Regime nach Nordkorea geschickt hätten. Sie hat Sinn für Humor. Auch Russland solle einen „humorvollen Krieg“ gegen die Ukraine führen.

Es fiel auch auf das Dach des Gebäudes, das das Gebäude des südkoreanischen Außenministeriums in Seoul und die japanische Botschaft in Südkorea beherbergt. Cependant, le ministère des Affaires étrangères s'est opposé à la rupture de la promesse avec la Corée du Nord, et le secrétaire en chef du Cabinet Fukuda s'est également prononcé lors d'une conférence de presse en faveur du ministère des Affaires étrangères.

Un journal a écrit : « Si le Japon ne renvoie pas cinq personnes en Corée du Nord, la Corée du Nord pourrait tirer des missiles sur le Japon. » J'ai pensé : « C'est assez terrible. »

北朝鮮が5月３０日、短距離弾道ミサイル十数発を発射した。これは、在韓米軍や韓国軍の基地を打撃する能力を誇示する狙いだったようだ。しかし、....

「ミサイル発射」には別の理由があります。北朝鮮は「これは日本政府に『拉致被害者』を北朝鮮に『返せ』というメッセージだ」としている。この意味を理解している人は多くないと思う。

十数発の短距離弾道ミサイルは３０日午前６時１３分頃、首都 平壌ピョンヤン の北部からほぼ一斉に発射されたようだ。日本政府は、いつものように大騒ぎ。

北朝鮮から、多数のミサイルが同時に飛来すれば米韓の対空ミサイルでも迎撃は難しくなる。写真を見てください。これに核爆弾が搭載される。

北朝鮮が「戦術核兵器」として開発したもので、３月と４月にも発射訓練を行った。日本政府は「迎撃できる」と言うが、無理でしょう。

これはユニークで面白い。北朝鮮は２８日から、「ゴミや汚物の入った袋」をぶら下げた「大型風船」を、韓国に向けて飛ばした。私はロシアに「汚物」をぶら下げた「風船やミサイル」を、ウクライナに飛ばせと提案している。

韓国軍などによるとソウルを含む韓国各地で２００以上落下した。ソウルの韓国外交省庁舎や在韓日本大使館が入居するビルの屋上にも落下した。日本政府は「爆弾」でなく「汚物」であることに感謝するべきだ。

金与正キムヨジョン 党副部長は２９日、韓国在住の脱北者らが北朝鮮に向け、反体制ビラを風船で飛ばしたことへの対抗措置だと主張した。彼女はユーモアがある。ロシアもウクライナに対して「ユーモアな戦争」をするべきだ。

ソウルの韓国外交省庁舎や在韓日本大使館が入居するビルの屋上にも落下した。日本政府は北朝鮮に約束した、一時帰国させた「拉致被害者」を約束通り北朝鮮に返すべきだ。これは日本の「騙し外交」に対する北朝鮮の抗議だ。

小泉訪朝は世界に衝撃を与えた。日本の首相が自ら北朝鮮に乗り込んで、拉致被害者5人とその家族を取り戻したのだ。 さらに驚いたのは、 日本が北朝鮮との約束を平然と破ったことだった。

 5人の被害者が帰国した時、日朝両政府は、 彼らをいったん北朝鮮に返して、改めて日本に帰国させる、という約束をしていた。

しかしその約束を日本政府は破って、5人を北朝鮮に返さなかった。  これには国内でも賛否両論があった。 5人を返さなかったのは、 安倍氏（のちの首相）から小泉首相への「進言」だったとされている。 

だが北朝鮮との約束を破ることについて、外務省は否定的で、 福田官房長官も会見で外務省寄りの発言をしていた。

ある新聞が、 「日本が北朝鮮に5人を返さなければ、北朝鮮はミサイルを日本に撃つかもしれない」 と書いていた、筆者は 「ずいぶん酷いことだ、な、と思った」。 

新聞がこう書けば、世論は弱気になる。 実際、僕も、北が撃ってきたら怖いな、と正直思った。北朝鮮は、今、日本のメディアが恐れたことを、実行している。

2002年10月、生存が確認された拉致被害者5人が帰国。しかし小泉首相は、5人を北朝鮮に返さなかった。そのために、家族と離れ離れになってしまった5人の被害者も、 黙って耐えた。

そして北朝鮮は1年半後の2004年5月、拉致被害者の子供たちを帰国させた。 僕は「毅然とした日本外交」というものを初めて見た気がした。 これが北朝鮮が日本を脅す原因だ。

筆者は、西側諸国が北朝鮮にだまされずに、まともな外交をした例は、 過去にはなかったし、その後もない、と言う。悪いのは北朝鮮ですか、日本ですか。北朝鮮から「核ミサイル」が飛んでくる前に答えを出すべきです。

日本政府に「名誉の回復と損害賠償」を「請求」するように、「各国の政府」に要求する必要があります。

政府が対応しな場合は、メディアに支援を求めてください。「正義のメディア」必ず存在します。

貴方は「ヒーロ」になるべきだ、頑張れ！！

＜対象者＞

「１」外国人に「虚偽の書類」を提供して、その外国人が「在留資格」を取得します。そして、その外国人が「不法就労」した場合。

外国人に「雇用契約書」など、「虚偽の書類」を提供した者は無罪です。

但し、２０１７年１月よりは「法改正」で処罰です。

私が「刑事告発」しいる中国人や「フィリッピン大使館の職員や外交官」は完全に無罪です。詳細は、平日（月から金）の第２部を見てください。

「２」「不法就労（資格外の活動」を行って逮捕された外国は「ほとんどの場合」無罪です。＊＊＊

理由：彼らを「雇用した者」が、入管法の「不法就労を助長した罪」で処罰されていません。従って「法の下での平等」により、外国人は無罪です。

「殆どの外国人」が「少額」の「罰金」で「国外退去の処分」になっています。外国人は１人当たり「数百万円」の「賠償金」を日本政府に「請求」するべきです。

韓国人が「慰安婦問題」や「徴用工の問題」で、日本政府に「賠償金を請求」することはクレイジーです。彼らは「韓国政府」に賠償金を請求するべきです。（韓国政府は既に受領をしています）。

「入管法違反」の問題は、「日韓条約」とは全く違う問題です。したがって、この問題こそ「新しい日韓の問題」として韓国の政治家は日本政府を「追及」する必要があります。韓国人や中国人は「日本の奴隷」ではないことを、堂々と主張するべきです。

日本の首相は、「法の下での統治」を叫びます。彼らは「日本のことを言っている」クレイジーです！

日本が「犯罪人引き渡し条約」を締結した国は「韓国と米国」の、たった２か国のみです。

このことからも、日本は「法の下での統治」がでない証拠です。
