Concernant «deux parents et enfants américains» qui ont été détenus aux États-Unis pour avoir «aidé» à s'échapper alors qu'ils étaient libérés par l'ancien président de Nissan Motor Carlos Gone.

Le 29 octobre, un tribunal fédéral de l'est du Massachusetts a accordé les deux poursuites de la défense et a décidé de reporter la «livraison au Japon» des deux.

Selon des documents soumis par la défense au tribunal, le ministère d'État a notifié à la défense la décision d'approuver le transfert le 28.
