Je ne pense pas qu'il soit possible avec la technologie japonaise actuelle d'effectuer en toute sécurité des «approbations électroniques» depuis «chez soi». Le gouvernement a demandé à tous les ministères et agences de ne pas utiliser «hanko (signature)» dans les procédures administratives. Je pense que l'essentiel de l'abolition de "hanko (signature)" est de changer "vrai" hanko "en" approbation électronique hanko (signature) ".
