In 2010, the Chinese worked at a restaurant outside the status of residence

of the immigration law.
I was the president of a system development company.
The restaurant management is not done.
The aid for assisting violation of Article 70 of the Immigration Act is prescribed
in Article 73-2 of the Immigration Act.
Employers who worked Chinese who violated the Immigration Act 73-2 are not arrested.
Please think that it is funny! ! ! ! ! ! !
The reason for my arrest is the aid of the criminal law (general law)
for breach of Article 70 of the Immigration Act.
The reason for assisting arrest is because
"I provided the Chinese (content false employment contract)".
This item is Article 22-4-4 of the Immigration Act
(withdrawal of status of residence by submitting false documents).
It has nothing to do with illegal work.
The violation of the Immigration Act 22-4-4 is the cancellation
of the status of residence.
Therefore it will be withdrawn from the country.
There is no criminal disposition.
Even if they acquire the status of residence with (content false employment contract),
if they work within the range of the status of residence they acquired,
it is not illegal employment of activities other than the status of residence.
Everyone in the world, please move the Japanese government and ICC.
Please help the great trump president, the American people and me and the world victims.
