December
15, 2019, Special Zone Sunday Edition: Dear Sir,
On
December 3, Japan received the first “Fossil Award” during the
“COP25 period”. I'm embarrassed as a Japanese.
However,
I think we should work on "complete recycling of greenhouse
gases such as CO2." President Macron should demonstrate his
leadership.
Part
1. “Development of inexpensive CO2 recycling technology
(hereinafter referred to as CO2 recycling)” should be prioritized
over space development.
I
think that “CO2 recycling” is more realistic than “CO2
reduction”.
The
reason is that it is “political difficult” to abolish “fossil
fuel”.
“CO2
recycling” is only “technically difficult”.
There
is already a basic theory of “CO2 recycling”.
I
think it is more realistic than commercializing a “quantum
computer”.
I
think the “Paris Agreement” is significant.
However,
in reality, “China with emissions of TOP” is “excluded”.
“United
States with NO2 emissions” was “leaved”.
The
developing countries will continue to use “cheap fossil fuels” to
become developed countries.
In
the fossil fuel producing countries, “fossil fuel” is an
important “exported product”.
For
these reasons, it is difficult to eliminate or reduce fossil fuels.
Japan
is a country that provides a large amount of money under the Paris
Agreement. (Cumulative contribution amount second in the world).
I
don't think it's bad to "stick to coal", but you should
build a "coal-fired power plant" with zero greenhouse gas
emissions.
With
the current technology, the power generation cost of the “coal-fired
power plant” increases.
I
have heard that it is not profitable.
The
Japanese government should bear the development funds and realize the
construction of a “coal-fired power plant” with zero “greenhouse
gas”.
Japan
still has “coal chemistry” and “petrochemical” technologies.
The development should be rushed.
Western
countries have potentially more “coal chemistry” and
“petrochemical” technologies than Japan.
The
US and European countries should also realize the construction of a
“coal-fired power plant” with zero “greenhouse gas”.
President
Macron, who promotes the "Paris Agreement", should promote
the construction of "coal-fired power plants" and "heavy
oil-fired power plants" with zero "greenhouse gas"
rather than promoting the elimination or reduction of "fossil
fuels" is.
And
“electric cars” should be promoted.
The
economy of the country that produces “fossil fuel” should also be
considered.
“Fossil
fuel” should be used effectively with “greenhouse gas” set to
zero.
The
energy costs of a safe “nuclear power plant” are very high.
This
is evidenced by the accident at the “Nuclear Power Plant” in
Japan.
President
Macron should promote the "Paris Agreement" as a young
world leader.
France
is a vast country.
Build
a “special zone” in France and double your GDP.
Continue
to next week.
Part
2. We propose to build “special zones” in Europe and other
countries.
Please
read along with suggestions to the US (Saturday).
