This response violates Article 14 of the Constitution of Japan "Equality under the Law" 

and International Law "Arbitrarily Punish Only Foreigners".

It seems that the Japanese government received "corrective guidance" from the international community,

and recently they have not punished both parties.

However, foreigners do not renew their "resident status" at the discretion of the Minister of Justice.

Therefore, foreigners cannot get a "visa", so they have no choice but to return to their home countries.

Furthermore, in Japan, the "officially" time to work is 28 hours per week.

This is not enough to repay the debt.

Therefore, I will have to work for more than 28 hours, but if I find one, 

I cannot receive renewal of my status of residence.

The problem with this is that there are many organizations 

that cheat and send foreigners who do not have the financial ability to pay the tuition fee 

by cheating that they can study by earning the tuition fee as a part-time job.

Few international students know that they can work only 28 hours a week.

I want you to stop this system,

I think that international students 

who come to Japan are wise “excellent people” in their home countries.

Those people dislike Japan and return to their home countries. ‥

You shouldn't come to Japan.
