Both are policies that clarify the attitude of protecting US employment. I think it's a great promise.

But if it can't be done, it's the same as President Trump's promise. 

Mr. Trump said "decoupling" but couldn't do it. 

I think this is because some wealthy people who get wealth by importing from China got in the way.

I think Mr. Biden would have to completely "decoupling" China to implement this policy. 

US imports should be limited to allies and pro-US.

Like Japan, building an "economy is an alliance with China"
