To British Prime Minister Boris Johnson 2022-01-06: Trade unions should "transform" into attractive unions even with the "OPEN system". The era of "union executives" being "nobles" should be over. The labor rights law had a great impact on the industrial location. Companies have low labor wages, Started relocating factories to states that recognize labor rights laws. For example, many car companies have left Detroit and moved their factories to southern Texas and elsewhere. The "special zone" proposal has nothing to do with this.

To British Prime Minister Boris Johnson

2022-01-06: Dear Sir ["Existing labor union" members are complaining

that "union dues" are "high". In order to resolve this dissatisfaction,

the government should subsidize the "labor union" and "lower" the "union dues"].

And like "One Coin Union", "Monthly meetings"

and "General meetings" should be held on the "Internet" to reduce "administrative expenses".

The law should prohibit the use of trade union fees

for political activities against specific political parties.

Americans should also comply with the Constitution.

All "labor unions" should be "OPEN" and membership in "labor unions" should be "individual freedom".

Even in the United States, there are many union members who do not pay "union fees".

They have won the trial.

Their claim is that AFSCME spends trade union fees

on political activities as well as collective bargaining

with the state government to improve working conditions.

It violated the freedom of religion, speech, publishing and assembly,

and the First Amendment to the United States Constitution that Guarantees the Right to Petition.

In order to keep the constitution, we should allow "free riders".

The times are demanding "One Coin Union".

Political parties should respond to the "One Coin Union".

I think that the number of union members of "One Coin Union" will be the majority.

Each party should respond politely to the opinions of the members of the "One Coin Union".

Regulations on unions are collectively referred to as the "Labor Rights Act."

It was the authority of the state government to establish labor rights laws.

Currently, 27 of the 50 states have approved labor rights laws.

Most are Midwest and Southern states. The most recent enactment of the law was in Kentucky in 2017.

In addition, the Taft-Hartley Act imposes various restrictions on union strike rights,

banning wildcat strikes, political strikes, group pickets, and political strikes.

The closed shop system was also banned, and union election donations were banned.

This is a big problem.

Trade unions should "transform" into attractive unions even with the "OPEN system".

The era of "union executives" being "nobles" should be over.

The labor rights law had a great impact on the industrial location.

Companies have begun to relocate their factories to states where labor wages are low

and labor rights laws are recognized.

For example, many car companies have left Detroit and relocated their factories to the south,

such as Texas. The "special zone" proposal has nothing to do with this.

Part 1. The Federal Supreme Court ruled on June 27

that Illinois government officials organized into trade unions do not have to pay dues.

The 1977 Abodo v. Detroit Board of Education is a case in which workers

who oppose the right to negotiate with unions are asked if they are obliged to pay dues.

The union's allegations have been accepted and have served as a precedent for about 40 years.

Because a labor union is an organization that exerts bargaining power

by organizing workers as a group,

if individual freedom is prioritized over an organization,

the foundation of the labor union's existence will be greatly impaired.

The union side is developing a nationwide protest against the ruling.

In Japan, employers are obliged to undergo collective bargaining even

if there is only one trade union member. In the United States,

the majority of the employees subject to collective bargaining have indicated

that they will entrust collective bargaining to the labor union,

and the employer will be obliged to undergo collective bargaining for the first time.

Specifically, workers w

ith similar workplaces, working styles, employment patterns,

and wage payment methods are called negotiation units.

If the votes of the workers who belong to it exceed the majority,

the union of the negotiating unit has the right to collective bargaining.

I will write tomorrow, too.

The amendment of the Immigration Control Act in January 2017 states

that "I am not guilty" as the reason for the amendment.

Reason: Amend from "cannot be punished" to "can be punished".

It is a false charge.

However, the Japanese government has not yet apologized.

Part 3 Construction of a special zone.

"Special zone of Algeria" by "EU", "Special zone of Mexico border"

by the United States, "Special zone of Australia" by the new TPP (IPP),

"Special zone of Okinawa" of Japan ....

The "special zone" "accepts" refugees and poor people as "provisional migrants."

They "separate" from "workers in developed countries".

Developed countries can “manufacture” “cheap” than Chinese products

by “employing” “provisional immigrants”.

Very truly yours.

PS:

Allies should unite "economy and security"!

The greatest security is to beat Chinese products. To do so,

"immigrants and refugees" should be accepted as "provisional immigrants" in "special zones".

"Temporary immigrants" are restricted to living in "special zones".

"Temporary immigrants" are "low-wage workers" that are cheaper than "Chinese workers".

However, it is "income of grace" for "they" who do not have a job.

This allows us to bring to market cheaper products than Chinese products.

"Mainland workers" become "high wages" by working separately from "provisional immigrants".

The world should trade according to the rules of the market economy.

We should help "poor, migrants, refugees" and become rich.

You should build "Algeri's Special Zone",

"Mexico Border Special Zone" and "Australia's Special Zone".

Economic activity should be "returned to normal" even under the "new corona"!

Will I continue to receive the corona vaccine two or three times a year? Crazy!

"SARS virus" has disappeared by "quarantine and treatment" of infected people.

"PCR test" takes time. We should develop an "inspection system"

that instantly "identifies" the "infected person" like thermography.

In certain places tested, "non-infected" can return to "normal life" without a mask!

It should be developed jointly by each country within a year.

The "nation of freedom and democracy" should be revived!
