The "escape" of the "Chiang Kai-shek Army" should end. I believe that once the "G3MA" is formed, "Taiwan" will be "unified with China" peacefully. President Xi Jinping should appeal to "Trump and Putin" with the "facts of history".

In a speech on the state-run "China Central Television" ahead of the New Year, Chinese President Xi Jinping said that no one can stop "unification" with Taiwan, issuing a clear warning to forces he considers independent both inside and outside Taiwan.

Tensions have risen further since Lai Ching-te, whom China considers a "separatist," took office as Taiwan's president in May. Lai Ching-te should learn the facts of history.

Last December, China deployed a large number of naval forces around Taiwan and in the East and South China Seas in response to Yoritomo's visit to Hawaii and Guam in the United States during his tour of Pacific countries.

This was because the Communist Party recognized the political system of the Republic of China, but did not agree to military unification. The Nationalist government returned to Nanjing, but the Communist Party controlled North China and the Northeast, and in June 1946, a "civil war" began between the Nationalist Party and the Communist Party.

On October 1, 1949, the People's Republic of China was established in Beijing with Communist Party leader Mao Zedong as its leader, and the Nationalist government fled to Taiwan in December 1949.

Chiang Kai-shek, who entered Taiwan, regained power as President of the Republic of China on March 1, 1950. On the mainland, military conflicts with the People's Republic of China continued with the support of the United States.

The Chiang Kai-shek family continued their dictatorial rule with enormous power, and had already declared martial law on May 20, 1949 in preparation for the invasion of the Communist army. As a strongman, they created a system that suppressed human rights.

This type of system is also called authoritarianism, and in terms of economic policy, it is also called developmental dictatorship. Under this system, Taiwanese people were deprived of freedom of political party activity, freedom of speech and assembly, and freedom of labor movement.

In 1971, when President Nixon improved US-China relations, Taiwan lost its "representative of China in the United Nations."

Taiwan continues to exist as an "unofficial state" under the protection of the United States. The United States has a "one China policy," but is being forced to provide a difficult "explanation."

Trump should meet with "President Xi Jinping and President Putin" immediately after taking office. If possible, it should be a "trilateral summit."

I hope for a trilateral meeting to establish a "trilateral military alliance." If an agreement is reached, it should be further agreed that "China will unify Taiwan" and put it in a "joint statement".

"Taiwan" will not be able to resist the decision of "G3MA". Many Taiwanese people will welcome "unification". If Taiwan is unified, it should become "a province of China with the same treatment as Shanghai" within a year, instead of being treated specially like Hong Kong.

If Taiwan becomes China, it will become a "trade issue". Semiconductors are the biggest problem in particular. I think "G3MA" needs to create rules on the handling of advanced military technology among the three countries.

I don't think the United States can impose arbitrary "tariffs" on "Russia and China". That is why it is urgent to establish a "Rust Belt Recovery Policy" and a "Special Zone on the Mexican Border".

The Biden administration did not approve the "acquisition" of "US Steel" by "Nippon Steel" after all. The Trump administration should revoke this and approve the "acquisition". Otherwise, the revival of the "Rust Belt" and the United States will be impossible.

Chapter 7: When I was released from prison after completing my sentence, I read the newspaper and found out that a similar incident had occurred at the Philippine Embassy.

Philippine diplomats, embassy staff, and Filipino drivers have suffered the same damage as me.

I have also filed a criminal accusation against this case.

I and the Chinese in the 2010 immigration law violation case, and the Philippine Embassy staff and diplomats in 2013, were punished for the same reason.

I have submitted my complaint and the complaints of the Chinese and Filipinos to the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office, the Tokyo High Public Prosecutors Office, and the Supreme Public Prosecutors Office.

However, all of them were rejected. If the prosecutor accepts and rejects the case, I can request the Prosecutor's Review Board to prosecute, but I have no way to oppose the rejection.

I also appealed to political parties and Diet members. But they were all ignored.

A city council member accompanied me to the Democratic Party's legal advisor. However, the advisor's answer was that if the "principal offense" is found guilty, then the "crime of aiding and abetting" is established. Is he really a lawyer?

The Democratic Party's legal advisor says that all those who graduated from the Legal Training and Research Institute have the same answer. This is proof that Japan is not "governed under the law".

I asked the Japan Bar Association for support. They said that the JFBA does not have the "power" to solve the problem. Japan's "judicial system" is crazy.

I have "emailed" "political parties and Diet members", as well as "the Prime Minister's Office and the Human Rights Bureau" on "Facebook and (X)", but they are still ignoring me.

This case is an arbitrary misapplication of the law by police officers, prosecutors, and judges. (It is an illegal act).

The charges are "Abuse of the authority of a special public official" and "Crimes of False Complaints".

In my "personal opinion," the prosecutors "concealed" the "criminal complaint" and "criminal accusation" by their "authority." Therefore, the "statute of limitations" has been suspended.

"Chapter 8." This case is "legally" an "error in the application of law."

"Errors in the application of law" are not subject to "requests for retrial" under the "Criminal Procedure Law."

However, if the "crime of the inspectors and police officers involved in the case" is "proven," a request for retrial can be made.

1. The charge against the "special public officials" in this case is "abuse of the authority of special public officials."

They "arrested" us even though there was "no suspicion of a crime." And they even "detained" us. (There is a precedent for grand jury decisions.)

2. And it is "the crime of false accusation." It is a fact that they "indicted" us and even found us guilty in a "trial" in order to make us criminals.

Requests for retrial can be made by us or by the prosecutors.

I believe that the prosecution should admit guilt and make a request for a retrial.

I will not give up. It has been 15 years since the incident.

The only country that can resolve this case is the United States.

When Trump was the former president, he promised me.

He replied with a signed letter saying, "I will resolve this in a way that satisfies you."

I hope that this time he will keep his promise.

President Trump, let's work together to "revive the Rust Belt" and create a "special zone on the Mexican border."

And let's cross the Caribbean Sea to the Pacific Ocean in two hours with the "American Linear Canal Railway," a freight train dedicated to containers that will replenish the Panama Canal.
