Thanks for human rights 【USA Mail magazine from the White House 2018-05-19a 】 Your 1600 Daily: The White House • May 17, 2018 The Day Ahead

President Donald J. Trump will meet with Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Jens Stoltenberg at the White House.

The community movement against ‘sanctuary’ laws

Sanctuary jurisdictions hinder Federal immigration enforcement. These jurisdictions often refuse even basic requests for information, such as notification to Federal officials before the release of dangerous criminals from custody. The consequences of such actions can be fatal.
California has passed statewide sanctuary policies that restrict cooperation between Federal immigration authorities and local law enforcement. Now, communities across the state have started coming out in opposition to the new laws. Many of these local leaders cite fidelity to the U.S. Constitution over California state law.
Yesterday, President Trump met with local officials who spoke first-hand about how these sanctuary policies jeopardize the safety of their communities. "Our people are the ones hurting," San Jacinto Mayor Crystal Ruiz said. “All of us need help getting this solved.”

America, Uzbekistan, and a new era of partnership

President Trump hosted President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan yesterday, marking President Mirziyoyev’s historic first visit to the White House. The bilateral meeting ushers in a new era of strategic partnership between the two countries.
America has an important partnership with Uzbekistan in fighting terrorism. In the aftermath of the September 11 attacks on the United States, Uzbekistan provided crucial access and support to drive al Qaeda terrorists from Afghanistan. President Mirziyoyev reaffirmed his full support for President Trump’s South Asia strategy yesterday, including the effort to bring stability to Afghanistan.
The two leaders also committed to exploring deeper economic ties. President Mirziyoyev pledged to open Uzbek markets for American companies and investors by introducing international standards of transparency. During the visit, Uzbekistan signed more than 20 major business deals with U.S. companies.

The House has overwhelmingly passed the Mission Act to give our veterans real choice over their health care by allowing them to get care outside the Veterans Affairs (VA) system when they need it,” Bradley Blakeman writes in The Hill. “It is now up to the Senate to send this bill to President Trump to sign by Memorial Day.” The President has made the Mission Act a priority, calling on the Senate to put veterans care above politics.

#MeToo Human rights victim! To President Trump 2018-05-18: Please rescue victims of "humanitarian crime" in illegal "violation of immigration law" by government officials in Japan.

<Public mail>

Dear Sirs, I am Japanese.
Please rescue the victims of human rights abuses in your country's "illegal work"
by the Japanese government.

Foreign nationals who live in Japan have received flyer permission etc.
by lying fraudulent or other illegal means,
or conduct illegal work without doing activities that fall under the status of residence,
or commit a crime and conduct fair immigration control In order to deal exactly
with illegal employment promotion act etc., in order to properly deal
with illegal employment promotion etc., in part of the amendment of Immigration Control Act
in 2004, the "cancellation of residence status" (Article 22-4) system Was
established (effective December 2, the same year).

This time, I and the Philippine Embassy officials, diplomats,
Chinese and Philippine people illegally worked,
illegal Chinese and Filipinos submitted false documents and obtained status of residence.

Because they got the status of residence,
they decided that they could work illegally in Japan.

So, I and the officials of the Embassy of the Philippines,
how a criminal law assistance crime was applied against illegal employment.

They ignore the logic of the law. It's crazy.

Even if the prosecutor gave the false documents to the Chinese,
it is the assistance act of the Immigration Act 22-4-4. Continue.

Governments of each country should ask the Japanese government to rescue their citizens
who have suffered human rights violations by the Japanese government.
Rather than newly accepting immigrants and refugees,
the people's relief should be given priority.
I am e-mailing for that. There are many victims all over the world.

Please rescue President Trump, Americans and me and world victims.

#MeToo Menschenrechtsopfer! An die deutsche Bundeskanzlerin Angela Merkel 2018-05-18: Bitte retten Sie Opfer von "humanitärer Kriminalität" durch illegale "Verletzung des Einwanderungsrechts" durch Regierungsbeamte in Japan.

<Öffentliche Post>

#MeToo victime des droits de l'homme! À Emmanuel · Macron Président français 2018-05-18: Veuillez secourir les victimes de «crimes humanitaires» dans une «violation de la loi sur l'immigration» illégale par des représentants du gouvernement au Japon.

<Public mail>

Chers Messieurs, Je suis Japonais.

Thanks for human rights 【USA Mail magazine from the White House 2018-05-17a 】 Your 1600 Daily: The White House • May 16, 2018 The Day Ahead

President Donald J. Trump hosts a roundtable with mayors and others affected by California’s dangerous sanctuary city policies.
President Trump welcomes Shavkat Mirziyoyev, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, to the White House.

Senate Intelligence Committee backs Gina Haspel

Acting CIA Director Gina Haspel got another boost this morning, with the Senate Intelligence Committee voting to recommend her confirmation as CIA Director to the full Senate. Two Democrats joined with Republicans in backing Haspel, including Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA)—the top Democrat on the committee.
Gina is committed to making sure we never have to relearn lessons of the past,” Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats writes in an op-ed for USA Today. “Instability and uncertainty create devastating consequences in war zones . . . We need to ensure that we have in place the most capable, experienced and measured intelligence leaders to address these serious challenges.”
Gina Haspel fits the bill. The Chicago Tribune’s editorial board explained last week that President Trump’s CIA nominee “gets rave reviews from former national security officials from Democratic and Republican administrations, and is said to be strongly supported by agency employees.” If confirmed, she will be the CIA’s first female Director.
Gina Haspel’s confirmation is central to our national security.

President Trump on sanctuary cities: ‘We’ve had it’

President Trump addressed the families of fallen police officers yesterday. “We stand with our police and we stand with you 100 percent,” the President said. “Their immortal legacy lives on in each and every one of you.”
The story of one slain officer sends our country a message. “Agent Martinez took immense pride and joy in serving his country as a Border Patrol agent,” President Trump said. “He bravely confronted the cartels, the smugglers, the human traffickers, the gangs that threaten our communities. One night, last November, Agent Martinez died in the line of duty. It was horrific.”
The first duty of government is to protect our citizens,” the President said as he called on Congress to fix America’s broken immigration system. “Stop sanctuary cities, and shut down policies that release violent criminals back into our communities. We don’t want it any longer. We’ve had it.”
President Trump will host a group of mayors and others directly affected by California’s dangerous sanctuary city laws at the White House today.

Dear Sirs, I am Japanese. Please rescue the victims of human rights abuses
in your country's "illegal work" by the Japanese government.

It is each issue of Article 73 2 (sin that promotes illegal employment).

1) With regard to business activities, those who caused foreigners to engage
in illegal activities
2) Persons who put this under their control to allow foreigners to engage in illegal work
3) As an act, an act of causing a foreigner to conduct illegal work
or a person who has made a mistake concerning the act of the preceding item

(2) A person who has conducted an act falling under any of the items
of the preceding paragraph may not be punished pursuant to the provision of the same paragraph,
on the grounds that he / she does not know that it falls under any of the following items.

However, this shall not apply when there is no negligence.

The above 2 will be interesting. It took effect from July 2010.

It made a provision that does not allow employers to translate their literature.
Still, police officers and prosecutors do not punish the employer.
It is the same as a policeman in the sanctuary city of the United States.
Continue.

who have suffered human rights violations by the Japanese government.

#MeToo Menschenrechtsopfer! An die deutsche Bundeskanzlerin Angela Merkel 2018-05-17: Bitte retten Sie die Opfer von "humanitären Verbrechen" in illegalen "Einwanderungsrechtsverletzungen" durch Regierungsbeamte in Japan.

<Öffentliche Post>

#MeToo victime des droits de l'homme! À Emmanuel · Macron Président français 2018-05-17: Veuillez secourir les victimes de "crimes humanitaires" dans une "violation illégale de la loi sur l'immigration" par des représentants du gouvernement au Japon.

<Public mail>

Chers Messieurs, Je suis Japonais.

# MeToo Human Rights Victims! British Prime Minister Teliza Mei 2018-05-17: Please save the victims of "humanitarian crimes" in illegal "immigration violations" by government officials in Japan.

<Public Post>

Dear Sirs, I am Japanese. By the Japanese government,
Please correct the victims of human rights violations in the "illegal workers" of your country.

It is every question of Article 73 2 (sin that promotes illegal employment).

1) In terms of business activities, those that have caused illegal activities to foreigners
2) Persons who control this to allow foreigners to engage in illegal work
3) As an act, an act to induce a foreigner to conduct illegal work, or a person who has made a mistake regarding the act of the previous article

(2) A person who has performed an act that falls within one of the points of the preceding paragraph,
Because it does not know that it falls under one of the following points,
The punishment according to the provision of the same paragraph can not have escaped.
However, this does not apply if there is no negligence.

The above 2 will be interesting. It came into force in July 2010.

A provision has been issued which does not allow employers to translate their literature.

Nevertheless, police officers and prosecutors do not punish the employer.
It's the same as a policeman in the sanctuary city of the United States.
I will continue.

Governments of every country should call on the Japanese government to rescue its citizens who have suffered human rights violations by the Japanese government.
Instead of recapturing new migrants and refugees, the relief of the people should take precedence.
I am mumbling for it. There are many victims around the world.

Prime Minister Teliza Mei, please just support the British citizen and me and the victims of the world with justice.

It is a humanitarian crime committed by Japanese officials under "illegal labor crime".

Speaking at the 37th annual National Peace Officers’ Memorial Service at the U.S. Capitol, President Donald J. Trump said the officers of the Department of Homeland Security are “on the front lines of this incredible, heroic fight,” Dave Boyer reports for The Washington Times.

That is why we are calling on Congress to secure our borders, support our border agents, stop sanctuary cities and shut down policies that release violent criminals back into our communities,” the President said.

Honoring officers killed in the line of duty

Last year, 129 law enforcement officers died in the line of duty. This morning, at the 37th Annual National Peace Officers’ Memorial Service, President Trump will join senior officials from across the Administration to honor these heroes’ sacrifices and recognize their families.
In May of 1982, 125 people gathered for the First National Peace Officers’ Memorial Service. Over the last 37 years, the Fraternal Order of Police has honored more than 5,000 law enforcement officers nationwide.
Today, more than 20,000 officers, families, and friends of law enforcement attend the annual Memorial Service. In addition to the 129 officers who died in 2017, this year’s event will honor 70 additional officers whose deaths were previously unrecognized. Many of these 70 officers died from illnesses related to service during the September 11 attacks.

#MeToo Human rights victim! To President Trump 2018-05-16: Please rescue the victims of "humanitarian crime" in illegal "violation of immigration law" by government officials in Japan.

<Public mail>

Dear Sirs, I am Japanese. Please rescue the victims of human rights abuses
in your country's "illegal work" by the Japanese government.

In Japan, traditional immigration laws have been used,
and simple and unskilled workers have taken measures not to enter the country.

However since 2005 the number of illegal workers has increased sharply,
As a countermeasure against it,
Article 73-2 (crime of promoting illegal employment) was set up in 2009 amendment
to Immigration Control Act.

Article 73 - A person who falls under any of the following items shall be punished
by imprisonment with work for not more than 3 years
or a fine of not more than 3 million yen, or both.
I write each issue tomorrow.

In case
Importantly, the source of illegal work crime is an employer.

Foreigners can not work illegally if the judicial punishes
an illegal employer under Article 73 2 (a crime that promotes illegal employment).

The problem is that the police and the prosecutors will collaborate with the businesses
and not punish illegal businesses.

In the United States,
it is the same as police officers in sanctuary cities that do not arrest illegal immigrants.

I believe President Trump and many Americans will surely understand my argument.
Continue.

#MeToo Menschenrechtsopfer! An die deutsche Bundeskanzlerin Angela Merkel 2018.05.16: bitte die „humanitäre Verbrechen“ Opfer in den illegalen „Immigration Control Act Verletzungen“ von Regierungsbeamten von Japan zu retten.

<Öffentliche Post>

#MeToo victime des droits de l'homme! À Emmanuel · Macron Président français 2018-05-16: Veuillez secourir les victimes de «crimes humanitaires» dans une «violation de la loi sur l'immigration» illégale par des représentants du gouvernement au Japon.

<Public mail>

Chers Messieurs, Je suis Japonais.
