ISIS has lost nearly 100 percent of its former caliphate, and more than 50 percent of the territory controlled by ISIS has been liberated under my Administration. For every one new regulation, we have cut two burdensome and unnecessary regulations. United States law enforcement officials have made 110,568 arrests of illegal aliens since I have taken office to the end of Fiscal Year 2017.
