The Day Ahead

  • President Donald J. Trump is hosting a roundtable discussion with governors on prison reform and the FIRST STEP Act before Congress.
  • Vice President Mike Pence is speaking about the President’s planned Space Force at the Pentagon.

The startling facts about America’s prison system

Following successful bipartisan passage of the FIRST STEP Act in the House of Representatives, President Trump is hosting a roundtable with a number of America’s governors today to discuss implementing prison reform in their states.
President Trump supports efforts to reduce recidivism—the return of former inmates to prison—as a way to make America’s streets safer. The Administration has worked closely with Congress to find a solution that reduces crime, enhances public safety, and increases opportunity for those who have earned a second chance.
The facts about America’s prison system are startling,” Senior Advisor Jared Kushner wrote in The Wall Street Journal in April. “The U.S. has 4% of the world’s population, but roughly 25% of the world’s prisoners. . . . Of the 650,000 people who leave prison every year, two-thirds will commit a new crime within three years.”
The bottom line, says Kushner: “President Trump promised to fight for the forgotten men and women of this country—and that includes those in prison.”

Vice President Pence on the U.S. Space Force

In keeping with President Trump’s promise to rebuild American strength and deterrence, the Administration is moving ahead to fulfill the President’s plan to establish a U.S. Space Force as part of our nation’s Military.

Vice President Pence, who chairs the National Space Council—which President Trump revived after a 24-year hiatus—is addressing defense leaders at the Pentagon today about the new Force. His effort builds on the President’s work to reinstate America as a leader in space.
In America, we understand that a nation is only living as long as it is striving,” President Trump said in his Inaugural Address. Making America a pioneer in space once again brings us closer to that vision.

Chers Messieurs, Je suis Japonais.

To Terrisa Mei British Prime Minister 2018-08-10: Everyone in the international community, please worry about the situation in Japan.

<Public mail> #MeToo Human rights victim!

President Donald Trump is challenging the rule of law.
Since I am not a politician, I am complaining to the international community "crimes
of police officials and others".
Why does the Chinese government and the Philippine government do not protect their people
from the Japanese government?
It seems that it is stuck in the Japanese government's honey trap.

Dear Sirs, I am Japanese. The international community seems to be stuck
with the Japanese government's honey trap.

Conditions for granting status of residence are not stipulated by law.

It is granted at the discretion (non-disclosure) of "Minister of Justice",
and we can not say that we have decided "discretion" of "Minister of Justice".

Police officers and prosecutors also know that submitting false documents is
an administrative penalty for repatriation to home country.

We also know that the reason for arresting us is the reason for assisting "cancellation
of status of residence".

The act of "abuse of authority" by police officers and prosecutors dealing
with the Immigration Act is clearly "intentional".

Furthermore, after the arrest (June 14, 2010),
it was added to the provision of "Cancellation of Status of Residence"
in the revised Immigration Control Law which came into effect on July 1,
2010 in the month charged.

Foreigners who helped foreigners to submit 'false documents' to other foreigners can also be seen
by the fact that the provision of 'returning to home country' was added and enforced.

It is clear that false document of lie of immigration law assistance
of submission is not subject to criminal disposition,
The intent of crime of "abuse of official abilities"
by police officers and prosecutors dealing with the Immigration Act is intentional.

The Immigration Control Act against "illegal labor" prevents breaching "equalities
under the law" and "international law".

In violation of Immigration Control Act (illegal labor),
a foreigner who has illegally worked shall be deemed to be "a crime of illegal labor".

And to employers who illegally worked foreigners,
they "impose a crime that promoted illegal labor".

The law criminalizes both parties equally.

Judicial police officers dealing with the incident naturally knew
that it was not appropriate to apply other
than "sin promoting illegal labor" to the aid of "a crime of illegal labor".

In response to "illegal work of labor",
he describes the reasons for assisting assistance
in Article 22-4, "Revocation of status of residence" of Immigration Control Act.

However, this is not a reason for assisting the "crime of illegal labor".

It can be said that it is deliberate to arbitrarily concatenate.

I will continue on next week.

Everyone in the international community, please worry about the situation in Japan.

Everyone in the world, please make Japan a country governed under the law.

Since illegal acts in violation of Immigration Control Law in 2010 will not be corrected,
these illegal acts are occurring every day.

The prosecutors have two criteria arbitrarily against the "illegal labor" of foreigners.

1. Foreigners such as "overstay" do not do "criminal disposition"
in "illegal workers" and make them "forced to move out of the country"
according to the Immigration Control Act.

2. Those who "legally stay" do "criminal disposition" with "crime of doing illegal work".
They become criminals. And they forcibly expel themselves out of the country as "criminals".

It is the same "illegal labor". This is "unfair" disposition.

Everyone in the international community, please worry about the situation in Japan.

The Japanese government has an obligation to apologize
and restore our honor and to compensate damages as soon as possible.

However, the Japanese government has also crushed this case today.

There is a limit to life. Please help me.

Ivanka Trump’s message on American jobs

Ivanka Trump is visiting Illinois today, joining a discussion with residents and local lawmakers on the importance of President Donald J. Trump’s workforce initiative. Ms. Trump laid out her goal for the program in a recent Wall Street Journal op-ed: to “fill American jobs with American workers.”
The assembly line, energy plant and retail store have changed dramatically in the past 25 years—and the jobs have, too,” she writes. “Such rapid change is one reason 6.6 million U.S. jobs are currently unfilled.”
The White House is leading the charge. Rather than implementing burdensome regulations that only end up costing us jobs, President Trump is creating the right conditions for an economic boom. In addition to lowering taxes on American businesses, his Pledge to America’s Workers—signed by more and more great organizations each day—is delivering millions of opportunities for career growth.
President Trump is helping working families with their expenses at home, too. Last week, the Administration announced a new rule that grants customers greater access to affordable health insurance policies. “They are an excellent option for people who are relatively healthy but can’t afford to pay for an outrageously priced Obamacare plan,” Justin Haskins of the Heartland Institute writes.

More than 700,000 overstayed U.S. visas

Yesterday, the Department of Homeland Security released its “Entry/Exit Overstay Report” for the 2017 fiscal year. The report provides information on departures and overstays for foreign visitors to the United States who entered as nonimmigrants.
There were 52,656,022 such nonimmigrant admissions to America last fiscal year, according to DHS. Of this number, DHS calculated a total overstay rate of 1.33 percent—or 701,900 overstay events.
The Administration is enforcing overstay violations through a range of actions, including improving entry-and-exit data, notifying visitors of an impending expiration, cancelling authorizations and visas for violators, and apprehending overstays present in the United States.
This new information comes as a growing number of Democrats call to abolish U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement entirely. “To the great and brave men and women of ICE, do not worry or lose your spirit. You are doing a fantastic job,” President Trump said recently

Tax Cuts Delivering the Relief Small Businesses Need

It’s undeniable that tax cuts have played a crucial role in America’s economic resurgence. Still, when it comes to their impact, there’s nothing more powerful than hearing directly from our country’s small business owners.
Small Business Administrator Linda McMahon shared some of these stories this week. “This truly is a golden age for small business,” she writes. “For the first time on record, there are more job openings than unemployed people looking for work.”
In The Wall Street Journal, Bruce Meyer and James Sullivan write that when it comes to poverty in America, “the White House tells the truth, but partisans on both sides are wedded to the idea of failure.” Their conclusion: “Encouraging self-sufficiency used to be a bipartisan issue; it can be again.”
In The Hill, Liz Peek writes that American families are much better off today despite desperation from Democrats “to convince voters that the improving Trump economy is not helping America’s workers.” She adds that people are confident because “jobs are plentiful” and “many people are seeing their wages go up.”
U.S. small-business owners are more optimistic now than at any point in the 15-year history of the Wells Fargo/Gallup Small Business Index,” Frank Newport and Coleen McMurray write for Gallup. “This optimistic anticipation of new hires helps explain why many owners report that being able to find and hire good workers is their top challenge.”
In CNBC, Secretary of Homeland Security Kirstjen Nielsen explains the private sector’s essential role in response to national cyber threats. “That is why last week [DHS] launched the National Risk Management Center, an initiative driven by industry needs and focused on fostering a better way to bring government and the private sector together to defend our nation's critical infrastructure.”
In the Miami Herald, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Ben Carson writes that the end to veteran homelessness is within reach in South Florida. “We have few responsibilities greater than making certain those who have sacrificed so much in service to this country have a home they can call their own.”

Here, many foreigners are victims. You are a #MeToo victim too.

The case of a violation of Immigration Control Act
(illegal work due to activities other than the status of qualification) is not an unusual case.
It is an incident occurring on a daily basis.

As a fact, the police detention center I was imprisoned was full of foreigners
who were "arrested" for "illegal work".
In this it was not unusual for illegal stay over 10 years.

In many cases,
the prosecution does not apply "crime that promoted illegal labor" prescribed
in Article 73-2 of the Immigration Act, and has not "criminalized" the manager.
Therefore, among "foreigners who illegally worked",
"illegal residents" such as "overstay" do not "criminal disposition"
but send foreigners to "Immigration Bureau" and forcibly repatriate to foreign countries I will.

Foreigners who have "staying qualifications" are subjected to "penalty for fine"
and they are repatriated to their homeland as criminals.

However, in this "case" it was repatriated to home country as "imprisonment punishment",
not "penalty for fine".

Although it is said that he assisted illegal work
due to the Immigration Law 22-4, 4
(withdrawal of status of residence by submitting false documents),
he mistook the logic of law by 100%.

Conditions for granting status of residence are not stipulated by law,
It is one that the Minister of Justice grants at the discretion
at the unpublished "granting condition".

Nonetheless, the provision of the "employment contract"
we did made made it easier to acquire the status of residence.

They were in Japan as they were granted status of residence.
They were in Japan, so they could do illegal work.

It is too arbitrary. Everyone in the international community,
this is the "judgment reason" of the Japanese judge.
It is too childish. It is a very malignant crime.

Aside from that, Osaka 's Chinese girls' international student worked as a hostess
and was arrested for work by activities outside the status of qualification.
And she became a ruling forced to retreat outside the country.

But she appealed to the High Court.

As a result of the trial, she is acquitted.

"Do not work in" Shop of the sex industry "as a study abroad visa
(activity outside the status of qualification)."
"Working at a study abroad visa can only work within 28 hours a week."
These are not specified in "Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act".
It is stipulated in "a ministerial rdinance."
Everyone is made a criminal only by "law".

Since illegal acts in violation of Immigration Control Law in 2010 will not be corrected,
these illegal acts are occurring every day.

The prosecutors have two criteria arbitrarily against the "illegal labor" of foreigners.

1. Foreigners such as "overstay" do not do "criminal disposition" in "illegal workers"
and make them "forced to move out of the country" according to the Immigration Control Act.

2. Those who "legally stay" do "criminal disposition" with "crime of doing illegal work".

It is the same "illegal labor". This is "unfair" disposition.

Bitte hilf mir.

Chers Messieurs, Je suis Japonais.

To Terrisa Mei British Prime Minister 2018-08-09: There is a limit to life. Please help me.

President Donald Trump 's reply encourages me.

President Donald J. Trump believes the strength of our American people
and their willingness to stay informed and get involved.
President Trump appreciates you taking the time to reach out.

Thanks for human rights【Reply by e-mail from President Trump 2018-08-08】 August 7, 2018 Thank you for contacting the White House. We are carefully reviewing your message.

President Donald J. Trump believes the strength of our country lies in the spirit of the American people and their willingness to stay informed and get involved. President Trump appreciates you taking the time to reach out.

Thanks for human rights【USAMail magazine from the White House 2018-08-08】 The White House • August 7, 2018 The Trump boom even the media can’t ignore

Last week’s jobs report has shined a light on the incredible gains American workers are seeing in the Trump Economy. The media, both liberal and conservative, can’t ignore the story of this remarkable turnaround:
• THE NEW YORK TIMES: Workers Hardest Hit by Recession Are Joining in Recovery
• FOX BUSINESS: Millions Drop Off Food Stamps
• THE HILL: Employment Data Hasn’t Been This Good Since the Days of the iPod
• CHICAGO TRIBUNE: This Is What a Booming Economy Feels Like
Unemployment dipped to 3.9 percent last week—just the eighth time since 1970 it has fallen below 4 percent. (And nearly half of those occasions happened in 2018.)
Most important is who is benefitting. President Donald J. Trump promised to look out for Americans from every corner of the country, not the well-connected and powerful. He’s delivered. “The least educated American workers, who took the hardest hit in the Great Recession . . . are a striking symbol of a strong economy,” The New York Times reports.

First Lady Melania Trump: ‘My passion’

First Lady Melania Trump continues to advance her ‘Be Best’ initiative, an awareness campaign dedicated to protecting children.
Two weeks ago, she visited patients at an intensive care unit in Nashville, Tennessee. “My passion is to shine a light on the opioid crisis,” the First Lady said. “I want to continue to learn and believe in starting early to educate young mothers and children about the dangers of drugs.”
Be Best focuses on some of the major issues facing children today, while also teaching them the importance of social, emotional, and physical health. The initiative concentrates on three main pillars: well-being, social media use, and opioid abuse.
I believe the more we talk about this, the shame and guilt will go away,” the First Lady said about the dangers of drug use.

Thanks for human rights【USAMail magazine from the White House 2018-08-08】 President Trump Reinstates Iran Sanctions, Slams ‘Horrible’ Nuclear Deal

President Trump on Monday renewed sanctions on Iran as he followed through on vows to unravel the Obama-era nuclear deal with Tehran,” Fox News reports.
Our policy is based on a clear-eyed assessment of the Iranian dictatorship, its sponsorship of terrorism, and its continuing aggression in the Middle East and all around the world,” the President said.
The number of people collecting foods stamps has dropped tremendously since President Trump took office, according to the latest numbers from the U.S. Department of Agriculture,” Julia Limitone reports in Fox Business. “Since Trump took office, the administration has zeroed in on promoting pro-growth policies.”
Economists expected hiring to slow in 2018,” Eric Morath writes in The Wall Street Journal. “The opposite has occurred, largely due to a resurgence in two categories that had been contracting, retail and manufacturing.”
In the Duluth News Tribune, Health and Human Services Deputy Secretary Eric Hargan writes that the opioids epidemic can be won in places like Duluth, Minnesota. “Under President Donald Trump, HHS has made the opioid crisis a top priority because it leaves no corner of our country untouched.”
William Dunkelberg writes in Forbes that small business owners are powering the economy forward. “The President called [recent economic growth] ‘amazing,’ but the media decided to ‘fact check that term and concluded that it could only be called ‘strong.’ So much for ‘secular stagnation.’”
In the Miami Herald, U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Nikki Haley writes that in stark contrast to the failed dictatorship in Venezuela, “Colombia, a country once plagued by violence, has just had the most peaceful and democratic election in its history.”
President Trump has told Republican senators that he’s open to a new proposal on prison and sentencing reform, giving new life to an issue that seemed hopelessly stalled on Capitol Hill,” Alexander Bolton reports for The Hill.
