Dear Sirs International people. Saturday version July 28, 2018: Let's request the Chinese "liberalization of the Renminbi" to end the trade war. President Donald Trump will throw a straight ball against China and do "fight".

<Public mail> #metoo Human rights victim!

President Donald Trump is seriously working on resolving the trade deficit ($ 366 billion).
The majority of the US trade deficit is China.
However, since negotiations with China do not progress,
it is becoming a trade war involving even allies.

President Donald Trump should first resolve the trade deficit with China.
President Donald Trump has taken "additional tariffs" as a countermeasure,
but it will not be a countermeasure.
President Donald Trump has to say "justice" to China.
"Justice" is "liberalization of the yuan".
Seeking for a complete renminbi liberalization is the same as "free capital movement".
Rather than blaming President Donald Trump's policy,
the leaders of the international community should demand "liberalization of the yuan" to China.

In "additional tariffs", "former cabinet counselor,
Mr. Yoichi Takahashi" points out that nothing serves a role.

"A" decline "of" RMB market "is occurring against the background of the trade friction
between the US and China."

Although "the two countries" seems to be negotiating at "Under the water",
apparently China seems to be doing "operation" of "Renminbi" as well.

"RMb Rate" is not "floating exchange rate system",
but "controlled market" controlled by the Chinese government.

It has gradually declined since April and now it is cheaper by about 6%.

In the US, it raises the rate, and even if it is a floating exchange rate,
it is "easy to swing" to the dollar's high.

Actually, even in emerging countries other than China,
the exchange rate is headed towards the dollar's rise,
so it can be said that the Chinese authorities have accepted the weakening of the Renminbi.

What will happen to the "buyer" in the United States if the United States imposes tariffs
and China lowers "Renminbi"?

In the United States, tariffs of 25% will be applied to about 10% of imports from China,
but all items will be "cheaper" by 6%.

In other words, about 10% will be "20% higher", while 90% will be 6% cheaper.

As a result, what about imports from China?
Depending on "price elasticity" of imported goods,
that is, "fluctuation of import amount according to price",
it may be rather increased.
In the short term the US "trade deficit with China" may further expand.

Trump regime, please end the trade war.
There is only one policy for that.

"Liberalization of the Renminbi".
Please "fight" with a straight ball.

China is the second largest country in the world with GDP.
Each country should stop 'special treatment' against China.

Japan has returned to the prewar thought.
Japan ignores international law.

Thanks for human rights 【USAMail magazine from the White House 2018-07-27b】A major bipartisan win in Congress

The White House • July 26, 2018

The Day Ahead

• President Donald J. Trump and Ivanka Trump visit Iowa, where they will lead a discussion on developing America’s workforce. Watch live at 12:30 p.m. ET.
• The President then travels to Granite City, Illinois, where he will celebrate the expected return of 800 American steel jobs. Watch live at 3:40 p.m. ET.

A major bipartisan win in Congress

Republicans and Democrats came together yesterday to deliver a signature piece of President Trump’s workforce agenda: reauthorization of the Perkins Career and Technical Education Act.  For years Congress has tried unsuccessfully to modernize the program, which will help more than 11 million students and workers with technical and vocational education.
President Trump had urged Congress to act. “Congress should reauthorize #PerkinsCTE and ensure the American workforce remains stronger than EVER!” the President tweeted this week. The White House, led by Ivanka Trump, was closely involved in shepherding the legislation on Capitol Hill.
It’s been a flagship month for workers, with America in the midst of its longest streak of uninterrupted job growth ever recorded. Last week, President Trump launched the National Council for the American Worker, which will focus on retraining efforts to make sure every citizen can take full advantage of this historic jobs boom.

Zero tariffs, zero barriers, and zero subsidies

As a candidate, Donald Trump promised to make America a much tougher negotiator on the world stage. “We have the worst trade deals in the history of the world. We gave away our country, but we’re taking it back for our workers,” the President said last month in Minnesota.
Yesterday, the President’s tough stance paid off with a dramatic win, especially for America’s farmers. Standing alongside European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker, President Trump announced that “we agreed today, first of all, to work together toward zero tariffs, zero non-tariff barriers, and zero subsidies on non-auto industrial goods,” a move that “will open markets for farmers and workers.”
The importance can’t be overstated. The European Union’s $1 trillion trade flow with the United States is the largest economic relationship in the world. Together, America and the EU account for 830 million citizens and more than half of the world’s GDP. “If we team up, we can make our planet a better, more secure, and more prosperous place,” President Trump said.

Thanks for human rights 【USAMail magazine from the White House 2018-07-27a】 President Trump Announces Trade Concessions from EU Officials on Soybeans, Energy, Tariffs

President Trump announced Wednesday that he has secured major trade concessions from European Union officials,” Adam Shaw reports for Fox News. “Both sides agreed to work toward the goal of ‘zero’ tariffs and subsidies on non-auto industrial goods, and to ‘resolve’ recent tariffs that both sides have imposed,” Shaw writes.
“This was a very big day for free and fair trade,” President Trump said alongside European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker.
The Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act “unanimously passed the House on Wednesday afternoon after passing the Senate on Monday. It is now headed to President Trump’s desk,” Ali Breland and Juliegrace Brufke report for The Hill. The bill, which was supported by Advisor to the President Ivanka Trump, is “aimed at bolstering skills training for technical jobs in various industries.”
In USA Today, Richard Burkhauser of the White House Council of Economic Advisers (CEA) writes that the best way to escape poverty is through work—and the CEA has the research to back it up. “Well designed work programs are not punishment, they're investments in welfare recipients,” Burkhauser says.
More than a million jobs have been created since the passage of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act,” Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) writes in The Cincinnati Enquirer. “President Trump said in his Inaugural Address, ‘the forgotten men and women of our country are being forgotten no longer,’ and the policy results of the past 18 months are showing that to be true.”
By nominating Judge Brett Kavanaugh, President Trump has chosen a nominee with impeccable qualifications who falls squarely within the mainstream of American legal thought and interpretation,” Arkansas Lt. Governor of Tim Griffin writes in Arkansas Online. Judge Kavanaugh’s “intellect, experience, and commitment to the Constitution make him the ideal addition to the Supreme Court.”
In The Wall Street Journal, former CKE Restaurants CEO Andy Puzder breaks down “the left’s latest economic talking point”: That Americans have too many jobs. “The difficulty will lie in attempting to explain away the benefits of economic growth for American workers,” Puzder says.

Please understand the judicial "crime due to mistakes in applicable law".

The aid of the penal code for criminal law can not be applied
for the aid acts of Article 22-4-4 (submission of false documents) written in the indictment.
And illegal arrest and detention is crime against humanity.

Crime against humanity is a crime prescribed as "a murder made to the general public

expulsion and other inhuman acts aimed at extinction" concept.

It was prescribed for the first time in the international military court charter
which is the basic law of the Nuremberg trial,
It was defined as "a crime against humanity" in the International Criminal Court Rome Statute of 1998.

Today it constitutes "international criminal offense" with genocide and war crimes.

Wartime, regardless of peacetime.

For the purposes of this rule, "crime against humanity" is an attack against civilians and residents,
as part of a wide or systematic thing,
recognizing such an attack as one of the following acts Say.

(a), (b), (c), (d),

(e) Strong deprivation of detention and other physical freedoms

<Public mail> #MeToo Human rights victim!

The Chinese government and the Philippine government ignored the rule of law
without defending their citizens. Only the international community protects them.

Dear Sirs, I am Japanese.
Please understand the judicial "crime due to mistakes in applicable law".
Article 24-4 of the Immigration Control Act:
This is a provision for foreigners who have obtained a status
of residence by submitting false documents (content false employment contracts) written
in the indictment.
This violation is the cancellation of the status of residence.
And they are withdrawing outside the country.

Article 22-4 of the Immigration Control Act (withdrawal of status of residence)

When the Minister of Justice finds any of the facts listed in each of the following items,
the status of residence currently residing in a foreigner can be revoked.

① to ③ omitted

④ In cases other than those falling under (1) to (3),
in case of submitting false documents and receiving a seal of landing permission etc.
In this issue,
it is not a requirement to make a false or other illegal means,
and the applicant is intentional. It is not necessary. In case

⑤ Omission

Paragraph 4, Paragraph 4 of Article 22 is fake document submission.

Note: Lies false documents are now changed to misrepresented documents.

It will come into force as from July 1, 2010. (The arrest is June 2010)

The following provision was established as a reason for new deportation compulsion.

A. Have done acts to encourage and assist in the creation of falsified and altered documents etc.
for the purpose of making other foreigners illegally receive permission for landing etc.

B. Promoting illegal employment promotion

C. Having been sentenced to imprisonment longer than imprisonment due to the crime
of activities outside the status of qualification

Note: Currently it is integrated into Article 24 (forced deportation)

Since KinGungaku is an act before the enforcement of law, (A) is not applicable.

As can be seen from this additional provision,
the aid act (A) under Article 22-4-4 of the Immigration Act can not be criminalized.
Foreigners made it possible to forced to leave the country by this provision.

In the document of prosecution,
I and Kin Gungaku are supposed to be "assistance crime" of criminal law
by the assistance act of Article 22-4-4 of immigration law.
It is a crazy act out of the logic of law.

Juli 2010 in Kraft.

To Terrisa Mei British Prime Minister 2018-07-26: President Donald Trump takes care of the rule of law.

President Donald Trump 's reply encourages me.

July 25, 2018

Thank you for taking the time to send me your thoughts and suggestions.
Yesterday, I was honored to speak at the National Convention for the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) of the United States in Kansas City.
As President, I am committed to honoring the brave men and women of our Armed Forces by providing them with the resources they were promised. Robert Wilkie, confirmed by the Senate on Monday as the next Secretary of the Department of Veteran Affairs, shares that same commitment.
Together, we will implement initiatives that ensure our Nation’s veterans receive the care they deserve. Recently, I signed into law the VA MISSION Act of 2018. This important legislation provides $5.2 billion in funding for the Veterans Choice program and will consolidate care programs, streamline essential resources, remove barriers to telemedicine and mobile deployment teams, and create new initiatives to build on and improve veterans’ care.
Thank you again for your email.
Sincerely,
Donald Trump

【USAMail magazine from the White House 2018-07-26】‘We don’t apologize for America anymore’

The White House • July 25, 2018

The Day Ahead

President Donald J. Trump will meet with the President of the European Commission to discuss fairer trade deals that strengthen America’s farmers and manufacturers.

We don’t apologize for America anymore’

President Trump promised to make honoring our veterans one of the top priorities of his Administration. Part of that promise means restoring American patriotism. “We don’t apologize for America anymore. We stand up for America,” the President told the Veterans of Foreign Wars national convention yesterday in Missouri.
And we stand up for our National Anthem,” the President said to a thundering ovation.
Another part of that promise is making sure that our veterans receive the best healthcare in the world. That begins by holding the VA system accountable for misconduct and poor performance. Last June, President Trump signed the VA Accountability and Whistleblower Protection Act into law, making it easier to discipline bad actors, including senior executives.
The VA took more than 3,200 accountability actions—which include removals, suspensions, and demotions—from the beginning of the Trump Administration through the end this May. All told, those actions resulted in more than 2,500 removals from the system.

Religious persecution in Iran and China must end

Around the world, religious minorities are persecuted and stripped of human rights, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo wrote yesterday. “We need to hear the stories of those persecuted, tortured, falsely imprisoned, and killed for their faith. We can honor their sacrifices by preventing these atrocities from happening again,” he writes.
President Trump is taking action. This week, the State Department is bringing together religious leaders, survivors of persecution, and delegations from foreign governments for the first-ever Ministerial to Advance Religious Freedom. Vice President Mike Pence and other senior Administration officials will be in attendance.
The goal is simple: to promote the God-given human right to believe what you choose.

【USAMail magazine from the White House 2018-07-26】 President Trump Tells Veterans He Will ‘Stand Up for America’

We don’t apologize for America anymore. We stand up for America. We stand up for the patriots who defend America,” President Donald J. Trump said today at the Veterans of Foreign Wars national convention. “And we stand up for our national anthem,” the President added to a “thundering ovation.”
The President also touted reforms to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and “praised newly minted VA Secretary Robert Wilkie, who was in attendance one day after being confirmed by the Senate,” Jordan Fabian reports.
Thanks to the Trump administration’s pro-growth policies, the U.S. economy is booming,” Advisor to the President Ivanka Trump writes in The Dallas Morning News. “If we could more effectively build workers’ skills and bring more nonworking Americans off the sidelines, our economic future could be even brighter.”
In USA Today, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo warns Iran and China to end their religious persecution. “We need to hear the stories of those persecuted, tortured, falsely imprisoned, and killed for their faith,” he writes. “We can honor their sacrifices by preventing these atrocities from happening again.”
Tax cuts only help the wealthy, right? American paychecks show otherwise,” Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA) and Heritage Foundation President Kay Coles James write in Fox News. “In every single congressional district, taxpayers are seeing a tax cut.”
In The Daily Caller, Paris Dennard writes that “the Senate must move quickly — put aside partisanship, do its job and confirm a stellar nominee, committed husband, father, mentor and servant leader to the Supreme Court: Judge Brett Kavanaugh.”
First Lady Melania Trump is advancing her mission to help America's children ‘Be Best,’” Jennifer Wishon reports in CBN News. Today, the First Lady “visited patients in an intensive care unit in Nashville, Tennessee, being treated for Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS) . . . a treatment necessary when babies are born to moms addicted to opioids.”
The US plans to remain the global leader for interoperable defence systems, partnering with allies and friends to develop cutting-edge military capabilities and then exporting them,” National Trade Council Director Peter Navarro writes in Financial Times. “The administration believes that responsibly expanding defence exports will strengthen the US’s manufacturing and defence industrial base, while strengthening partnership opportunities with allies.”

July 24, 2018

Thank you for taking the time to send me your thoughts and suggestions.
Yesterday, I was proud to host companies from across the country at the White House for the Made in America Product Showcase. Made in America products represent the global gold standard for quality, innovation, craftsmanship, and the output of a highly skilled workforce that is second to none.
Earlier this month, I proclaimed July 17, 2018 as Made in America Day. As a Nation, we continue to salute our Nation’s workers, job creators, and inventors. As President, I pledge to continue creating an environment that makes the United States the most attractive place in the world to do business.
Thank you again for your email. I encourage you to watch the event online as we celebrate and pay special tribute to those who work hard every day to make America great.

Thanks for human rights 【USAMail magazine from the White House 2018-07-25】Three words: Made in America

The White House • July 24, 2018

The Day Ahead

Visiting Missouri, President Donald J. Trump will speak at the national convention for the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States. Watch live at 12:30 p.m. ET.

Three words: Made in America

Boots from Texas, snowboards from Colorado, F-150 trucks from Michigan, and baseball bats from Pennsylvania—yesterday, products proudly made in the United States were on full display at President Trump’s second annual “Made in America” exhibit at the White House.
American manufacturing is back, as yesterday’s event showed the world. Nearly 350,000 manufacturing jobs have been created since President Trump took office, and surveys show that optimism among U.S. manufacturers recently hit an all-time high. “Our leaders in Washington did nothing—they did nothing. They let our factories leave. They let our people lose their jobs,” President Trump said.
That’s not free trade. That’s fool’s trade,” the President added.
America can do better—and it has. As a first order of business, President Trump is renegotiating past trade deals to benefit American workers. That tough line has already paid off: The Administration secured key changes to America’s trade agreement with South Korea, which includes provisions to increase U.S. automobile exports.

Senate confirms new Veterans Affairs leader

In an 86-9 vote last night, the Senate confirmed President Trump’s choice to lead the Department of Veterans Affairs, Lieutenant Colonel Robert Wilkie.
The son of a wounded combat soldier, Wilkie understands the crucial role the VA plays for America’s veterans and their families. Wilkie himself is a veteran, having served on active duty from 2009 to 2010 and again in 2014. He is currently a United States Air Force Reservist.
He has displayed great patriotism and a commitment to supporting and empowering America’s armed forces and veterans,” President Trump said of Secretary Wilkie. “Under his leadership, I have no doubt that the Department of Veterans Affairs will continue to make strides.”
