しかし米国の安保は中国の軍事費に比例しています。

米国と同盟国が中国からの輸入を削減すれば、中国の軍事力の脅威はなくなります。

そのために私は「特別地帯」の「構築」を主張をしつづけています。


今週、私はEUがアフリカのアルジェリアに「特別地帯」を造る提案をしました。

私は米国にメキシコ国境の米国側に「特別地帯」を「構築」する提案を「し続け」ています。

もしアメリカがメキシコ国境に「特別地帯」を「構築」しないのであれば「ＥＵ」が造るべきだと思います。

しかし米国民を豊かにするには、米国がメキシコ国境の米国側に「特別地帯」を「構築」するべきです。

私は「来週」、もう一度メキシコ国境の「特別地帯」の創設をアメリカに提案します。


「アルジェリアの特別地帯」や「メキシコ国境の特別地帯」で製造するべき製品は、

現在「EUや米国」が、中国から輸入している製品です。

「EUや米国」がこれらの中国製品の輸入をとめれば輸中国軍の軍事予算は削減されます。

中国国内は失業者で溢れると思います。

こうなると中国は米国やその同盟国を相手に「軍事的な威嚇」や「戦争」をすることが出来なくなります。

私はこれが「経済と安全保障」の「一体」だと信じています。


中国に頼らない経済活動を目的に、米国、日本、そして各国は先端技術の投資に力をいれるようになりました。

こうした政策により、米国と同盟国が「先端技術」の開発で中国に負けることはないと信じます。

しかし製品を開発しても製造の多くは中国です。この状態が米国や先進国の実態です。

つまり、労務費が高いので中国などで製造して「販売利益」を出しています。

これは米国などの労働者の失業や賃金が上昇しない要因になっています。

これを解決するのが「特別地帯」です。


アフリカの貧民や中南米の貧民を「暫定移民」として「特別地帯」で受け入れるべきです。

彼らの居住は「特別地帯」に限定されています。

「暫定移民」は「中国の労働者」より安い賃金です。「低賃金」でも彼らには「幸福の賃金」です。

「EU」や「米国」の労働者は「本国」で、「特別地帯へ供給する付加価値の高い部品」などを製造します。
