Das überarbeitete Gesetz gilt für diejenigen, die durch falsche Anwendung als Strafe einen Aufenthaltsstatus erhalten haben!

Der Zweck des überarbeiteten Gesetzes.

Zuvor war das Einwanderungskontrollgesetz nicht mit Strafen für Personen belegt, die durch falsche Anwendung einen Aufenthaltsstatus erhalten hatten (frühere Artikel 70 und 74-6).

Die japanische Regierung führte von 2014 bis 2015 die gleiche illegale Bestrafung durch.

Ich bestrafte die Mitarbeiter und Diplomaten der philippinischen Botschaft in Japan für das gleiche "Verbrechen der Unterstützung" wie ich.
