中国人やフィリッピン人に関係するものは「告訴状」として、提出してきましたが、不受理になっております。
起訴状に書かれた、訴因（犯罪であるとする理由）は、
入管法の22条の４－４（虚偽の書類提出に対する在留資格取消）の条文の事実が記載されています。
これは、法の論理に反する適用法違反です。
記載された事実が本当であるなら、その罪は、
