不法就労に対する幇助罪は、
特別法である、入管法の７３の２条「不法就労助長罪」で規定されています。

在留許可の資格外活動（不法就労）した中国人、
そして警察官や検察官も認めるように、私やKinGungakuは、
「不法就労」に対する幇助行為を定めた「不法就労助長罪」に規定する行為はしていません。


起訴状に書かれている「訴因」（犯罪の理由）は、
入管法第２２の４条の４で規定している「入管に提出した書類が虚偽である事実」です。

その処罰は、提出した外国人に対して、付与した在留資格の取消です。

仮に「訴因」に書かれていることが事実であるとしても、
その行為は、入管法第２２の４条の４に対する幇助行為です。

中国人の処罰は国外退去の行政処分です。
日本人の私を、どこの国に国外退去させるというのでしょうか。まったくクレイジーです。

それで権力を乱用して、入管法第２２の４条の４の幇助行為を、
不法就労の幇助行為として、刑法の幇助罪をでっち上げているのです。


北朝鮮による日本人の拉致監禁が犯罪ならば、
