「（DACA：Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals：幼児不法入国者送還猶予措置）問題」です。
拝啓、私は日本人です。偉大な大統領を尊敬しています。
2017年9月5日、トランプ政権はDACAを撤廃する方針であることを発表した。
トランプ大統領はこの制度の撤廃に関し、
18年3月までに連邦議会で最終的な結論を出すように判断を任せました。
これまでもDACAの存続を強く訴えていたIT企業等は、一斉に反対する声明を発表しています。
この問題は、共和党内にも異論が多く紛糾は必至です。
さらに、米国の２０17年8月の失業率は4.4％と、低い水準です。
この数値は先進国としては非常に低く、完全雇用とも言える水準ですのでDACAが撤廃された場合、
労働力不足が加速されます。
さらに、社員が申告しない限り雇用主は「ドリーマー」である社員を特定できない。
これらのことから、とても大きな問題と言われています。
トランプ大統領は選挙の公約を実行する責任があります。
しかし、アメリカ社会を二分するような難しい問題です。
連邦議会に判断を任せたのは良い判断だと思います。
日本でも同じような問題があります。
朝鮮戦争時に日本に入国した「在日朝鮮人」の問題があります。
不法入国者は、特別に在留が許されていますが、すでに2世、3世が在日しています。
法的には不法在留だと思います。
来月の来日時に、北朝鮮の日本人拉致問題を安倍首相と協議する際、
下記の日本政府による不法な拉致監禁による人道上の問題も協議してください。
日本国家による人道上の犯罪を支援してください。日本法だけでなく国際法違反です。
私だけでなく、中国人やフィリッピン人ら多くの外国人が犠牲になっています。
北朝鮮だけでなく日本政府による「人道上の犯罪」から救ってください。
