私は戦後、アメリカ軍（ 連合軍 ）の下で、自由、民主主義、人権の尊重そして国際法を遵守する、
新しい日本人として育ちました。
戦後の日本は、戦争以前の封建主義の世界とはまったく違う世界でした。
私の世代は、これが守るべき新しい日本でした。
したがって、私の守るべき基盤（保守）は、象徴としての天皇制、日米安保条約、
専守防衛の自衛隊であり、日本国憲法の護持です。
阿部政権は、憲法を改正して自衛隊の存続根拠を明確にすると言いますが、私は違います。
私は、自衛隊法を改正し、
憲法13条や25条の「生存権」を根拠に専守防衛の自衛隊を規定すればよいと思います。
戦犯である東条英機は東京裁判で、
「太平洋戦争」は自衛のための戦争であったと言いました。
日本は国際連合を脱退してまでも満州を占領しました。
そしてABCD包囲網を受けると、日本国の自衛のためと称して、アメリカを相手に「太平洋戦争」を開始しました。
それは悲惨な戦争となり、最後は無条件降伏しました。
私は将来、日本がアメリカと戦争が可能になる憲法9条の改正には反対です。
アメリカは日本の憲法改正の動きに警戒すべきです。
来月の来日時に、北朝鮮の日本人拉致問題を安倍首相と協議する際、
下記の日本政府による不法な拉致監禁による人道上の問題も協議してください。
