Im Urteilsurteil sind folgende Gründe angeführt.

1. Kin Gungaku, eine Komplizenschaft mit mir, arbeitete mit und bot den Chinesen einen "falschen Arbeitsvertrag" an.
※ Diese Beschreibung ist der Unterstützungsakt von Artikel 4 Absatz 4 des Einwanderungskontrollgesetzes.

2. Die Chinesen konnten mit einem "content false employment contract" bei der Einwanderungsbehörde in Tokio einen Antrag auf "Wohnortwechsel" stellen.
Dadurch konnte ich leicht einen Aufenthaltsstatus erlangen.
* Diese Beschreibung entspricht Artikel 22 Absatz 4 Absatz 4 des Einwanderungskontrollgesetzes.

3. Ich konnte in Japan bleiben, weil ich meinen Aufenthaltsstatus bekommen habe.

4. Seit ich in Japan geblieben bin, konnte ich illegal arbeiten.
* Selbst wenn Sie in Japan bleiben können, ist es nicht illegal, in einem Aufenthaltsstatus zu arbeiten (internationale Fähigkeiten und Geisteswissenschaften).
* Illegale Beschäftigung ist, weil es einen Arbeitgeber gab, der außerhalb des Status des Wohnsitzes arbeiten kann.
Arbeitgeber, die illegal Ausländer beschäftigt haben, verfügen über eine Bestimmung, nach Artikel 73-2 des Immigration Control Act (illegale Beschäftigungsförderungskriminalität) über sie zu verfügen.
Das Zuwanderungsgesetz 70 (illegale Arbeitskriminalität) und das Zuwanderungsgesetz 73-2 (Förderung illegaler Beschäftigung) sind ein Paar.

4. Daher wird gesagt, dass der Kausalzusammenhang zwischen illegaler Beschäftigung und "falschen Arbeitsverträgen" klar ist.
