Reuters reports that the Chinese military secretly trained approximately 200 Russian soldiers within China, suggesting a "more direct involvement" by China in the Ukrainian war. This is not surprising, however. Xi Jinping understands the principle that "without trust, a nation cannot stand."

The report seems to suggest that the trained Russian soldiers were very likely sent to the Ukrainian battlefield. I believe the opposite is true: they imparted their expertise in the Ukrainian war to China.

Strangely, there is no "military alliance" between Russia and China that would automatically result in their intervention if the other country were attacked. This is surprising, isn't it?

Currently, the legal basis for the relationship between Russia and China is the "Treaty of Good Neighborhood, Friendship and Cooperation between China and Russia," which stipulates mutual respect for each other's interests and coop-eration in times of emergency. However, both leaders have officially stated that there is no alliance.

I propose the formation of a military alliance (G3MA) between the US, Russia, and China. If realized, it would be "groundbreaking." Trump should create the "G3MA" as an "ultra-C" (an exceptionally advanced technique) for the "mid-term elections" to achieve a "major comeback."

The Trump administration, under the banner of "peace through strength," has drastically increased the US defense budget (military spending) to a historically large scale. This is actually the cause of soaring prices.

The defense budget proposal for fiscal year 2027, presented to Congress in April 2026, requested $1.5 trillion (approximately 240 trillion yen), a 40% in-crease from the previous year. That's a 40% increase!

This is the largest budget ever and includes funding for next-generation missile defense systems and the construction of large-scale battleships. Trump is still claiming that this is not enough.

In line with this policy, he is strongly urging allies such as Japan to increase their defense spending.

President Trump has requested a record-breaking $1.5 trillion (approximately 235 trillion yen) in the defense budget for fiscal year 2027 from Congress, re-sulting in a significant increase in US military spending.

This move is intensifying pressure on G7 and NATO allies to increase their de-fense spending. This trend is spreading to China and Russia, both of which are also increasing their military spending.

When one country increases its military spending, other countries have no choice but to increase theirs as well. Increased military spending is causing hardship for many citizens. And military spending can increase without limit.

Increased military spending makes life difficult for citizens, leads to a loss of public support, and jeopardizes the survival of the administration. The results of the US midterm elections this fall will demonstrate this.

I propose creating "#G3MA" to transform each country into a "#Exclusively De-fense State." Under "G3MA," military spending would be reduced to "1/10, or even less than 1/100."

The reduced "#military spending" would be used to support essential aspects of people's lives, such as free healthcare and education. Citizens worldwide would welcome the creation of "#G3MA" more than a "#gift from God."

"#Without Trust, a Nation Cannot Stand" means that a nation cannot survive without the trust of its people. It is a teaching emphasizing the importance of public support for the government. Go Trump!

In my "personal opinion," the prosecutors "concealed" the "criminal complaint" and "criminal accusation" by their "authority." Therefore, the "statute of limitations" has been suspended.

"Chapter 8." This case is "legally" an "error in the application of law."

"Errors in the application of law" are not subject to "requests for retrial" under the "Criminal Procedure Law."

However, if the "crime of the inspectors and police officers involved in the case" is "proven," a request for retrial can be made.

1. The charge against the "special public officials" in this case is "abuse of the authority of special public officials."

They "arrested" us even though there was "no suspicion of a crime." And they even "detained" us. (There is a precedent for grand jury decisions.)

2. And it is "the crime of false accusation." It is a fact that they "indicted" us and even found us guilty in a "trial" in order to make us criminals.

Requests for retrial can be made by us or by the prosecutors.

I believe that the prosecution should admit guilt and make a request for a retrial.

I will not give up. It has been 15 years since the incident.

The only country that can resolve this case is the United States.

When Trump was the former president, he promised me.

He replied with a signed letter saying, "I will resolve this in a way that satisfies you."

I hope that this time he will keep his promise.

President Trump, let's work together to "revive the Rust Belt" and create a "special zone on the Mexican border."
