Miller reports that President Trump will meet today with victims of the tragic shooting in Parkland, FL. Miller quotes the President as stating that the victims and their families are “some of the bravest people on earth” and that he is “working with Congress on many fronts.” ------------ Reuters reports that U.S. building permits have “soared to their highest level since 2007,” adding that further gains are likely and should be boosted by “a rebound in the construction of single-family housing units.”
