Proposal
from Japanese
September
21, 2019, Special Zone Saturday Edition: “MAKE American dream
AGAIN!”.
Dear
Sir,
The
United States still “gifts” a large amount of dollars every year
to China. So now the United States is a poor country. A wall is
created between the US and Mexico. Much of the funds will be
"expended" from Japanese taxes. The U.S. military-related
expenses paid by the Japanese government in FY18 were actually 802.2
billion yen. The American people should know this fact.
Part
1. On September 4, Defense Secretary Mark Esper officially diverts $
3.6 billion (about 380 billion yen) from the ministry's budget to
"wall construction costs" along the border with Mexico is.
This
is announced as “approved”.
However,
it is said that "43 billion yen of that" has been
"diverted" from "the construction cost of the hangar"
at "the US military base in Japan".
The
Japanese government's US military-related expenses in FY2018 have
reached a record high of 802.2 billion yen, and its contents are not
well understood.
US
military restructuring-related expenses are 216.1 billion yen,
SACO-related expenses are 5.1 billion yen, US military resident
expenses in Japan (so-called compassionate budget) is 196.8 billion
yen, other expenses such as base area countermeasure costs, land
rental fees, fishery compensation, etc. Is 384.2 billion yen.
Americans
will not know the “compassionate budget”.
Quote
from "Wikipedia".
In
June 1978 (Showa 53), when the Defense Agency Secretary, Shin
Kanemaru decided that the Japanese side would pay a part of the
salary (6.2 billion yen) of Japanese employees working at the US
military base in Japan Begins.
This
is a budget that is specially spent for burdens that exceed the
framework of the “Japan-US Status Agreement”.
Japan's
rapid economic growth is due to the yen's appreciation and the large
trade surplus with the United States.
On
the other hand, Japan responded to the United States, which faced
financial difficulties and was dissatisfied with Japan not placing a
military burden on the economy.
This
was "requested" by the US for "special measures for
the burden on Japan".
This
is because “Kanamaru” “introduced” it to the US military as
“should be dealt with in a caring position”.
The
“Communist Party of Japan” called it a “compassionate budget”
and became “propagating” to the general public.
The
breakdown of “compassionate budget” includes labor costs for US
military base personnel in Japan, utility and water costs within the
base, training transfer costs, and facility construction costs.

Don't
be fooled by Trump's “Fake News”.
US
forces stationed in Japan are financed by Japanese taxes.
US
military leisure expenses are covered by Japanese taxes.
I
am worried that Japanese citizens' taxes will be "expended"
to more than 10% of the construction cost of the Mexican wall.
If
it becomes the Democratic Party administration, the Democratic Party
will "hate" Japan.
Latin
American countries will also hate Japan.
“Hate”
opponents should “hate” US importers and China.
So,
I am proposing the construction of a “special zone” to make the
US a “rich country”.
Will
continue tomorrow
Part
2. In the United States, I “suggest” to build a “special zone”
along the border with Mexico.
See
April 13, 2019, Special Zone Saturday Edition.
Japan's
immigration policy is worse than the United States.
Japanese
immigration law is similar to American immigration law.
America's
prosperity is realized by the world being free, democratic, and
"ruled under the law".
I
seriously seek the rule of law. Please instruct the person concerned
to investigate.
There
are many American victims.
Documents
to be submitted to ICC.
