A "immigration law violation case" is a crime (false charge) 

that violates not only the Constitution of Japan and the law but also international law.

In 2010, I was sentenced to "imprisonment" for "supporting a" violation 

of the Immigration Control Act "of a" Chinese ".

The amendment to the Immigration Control Act
