Les gouvernements du monde entier utilisent des subventions pour promouvoir la diffusion des « véhicules électriques ». Dès lors, l'investissement des constructeurs automobiles se réoriente complètement vers les "véhicules électriques". Cependant, non seulement la multiplication des "bornes de recharge" nécessaires au fonctionnement des véhicules électriques, mais aussi la pénurie d'énergie électrique n'ont pas été résolues.

Je plaide pour le développement des véhicules à hydrogène. Le carburant d'un véhicule à hydrogène est "l'hydrogène". Je promeus la production d'hydrogène à partir de l'énergie nocturne des « centrales nucléaires » et de la « chaleur résiduelle des centrales nucléaires ». Cependant, l'uranium enrichi qui est la matière première de «l'énergie nucléaire» est entre les mains de la Russie.

Jusqu'à l'apparition de Zelensky, nous avions construit une « économie mondiale » sur le principe de la coexistence avec la Russie. Zelensky déteste la Russie (Union soviétique) pour des questions historiques. Les affaires intérieures de l'Ukraine sont finalement devenues la «guerre ukrainienne». Il a fait une « promesse électorale » de récupérer son territoire par la guerre.

Je prie pour que "l'administration Biden" prenne fin. Nous devrions promouvoir une "économie mondiale" de "coexistence" avec la Russie. J'espère qu'il y aura une administration "républicaine". Si cela se produit, je pense que les sanctions économiques contre la Russie seront levées.

Une fois la guerre en Ukraine terminée et les sanctions économiques contre la Russie levées, le monde pourra revenir au monde de l'« économie mondiale » d'origine. Si tel est le cas, je pense que les "voitures électriques" seront vendues comme prévu.

Mais les "voitures électriques" ont le problème des batteries au lithium. Ce n'est pas la Russie. L'Amérique latine et la Chine détiennent du lithium. Je suis sûr qu'il y aura une "guerre du lithium".

La production d'électricité à partir d'une centrale nucléaire est la même pour les véhicules électriques et les véhicules à hydrogène. Les véhicules électriques ont été complétés par des véhicules utilitaires. Toyota fabrique des véhicules à hydrogène sur le marché, mais par rapport aux véhicules électriques, il existe de nombreux problèmes techniques et de prix.

Je pense que nous devrions utiliser la "période restante" de "l'administration Biden" pour résoudre les problèmes restants des "voitures à hydrogène". La technologie rend possible l'impossible. Je crois que l'humanité trouvera une solution.

L'hydrogène, qui est le carburant des voitures à hydrogène, est rempli dans des "bouteilles d'hydrogène à haute pression" dans "l'usine d'hydrogène" de la "centrale nucléaire". J'appelle cette "bouteille d'hydrogène à haute pression" une "cartouche d'hydrogène". En d'autres termes, même si la durée de vie d'un véhicule à essence est remplacée par un véhicule à hydrogène, la commodité continuera dans le monde entier. Les constructeurs automobiles devraient transférer la commodité des "véhicules à essence" aux "véhicules à hydrogène" tels qu'ils sont. Même avec des constructeurs automobiles rebelles, les voitures électriques ne peuvent pas battre les voitures à hydrogène.

西側は、ウクライナ戦争でロシアを消滅させる戦争をしている。不足しているのは天然ガスや原油だけではない。濃縮ウランはロシアが握っている。世界の電力生産の１０％以上は原発に依存している。今日は電気自動車、水素自動車の話です。

ロシアへの経済制裁は、原子力発電の燃料であるウランの国際市場も揺るがしている。天然ウランから燃料への加工で必要な「濃縮」ができる工場は世界で限られ、ロシアのシェアが高い。核兵器不拡散の観点から、工場は限られた国にしか存在しない。

特に自国の濃縮能力が十分でない米国や日本にとっては天然ウランの転換、濃縮がエネルギー供給の急所になりかねない。エネルギー危機で、多くの国が、電力エネルギーを原発にシフトをしている。しかし、原発の濃縮ウランはロシアが握っている。

アメリカ最大の自動車市場といわれるカリフォルニア州では、2035年までにガソリン新車の販売が禁止される見込みとなる。原油がない。天然ガスがない。濃縮ウランがない。つまり、電力が不足する。それでも電気自動車が走れるの？

各国の政府は補助金を使って「電気自動車」の普及を促進している。それで、自動車会社の投資は完全に「電気自動車」にシフトしている。しかし、電気自動車の稼働に必要な「充電ステーション」の普及だけでなく、その電力不足は解消されていない。

私は「水素自動車の開発」を「呼び掛け」ている。水素自動車の燃料は「水素」です。私は、その水素の生産を「原発」の夜間電力や「原発の廃熱」で水素を生産することを推進している。しかし、「原発」の原料である濃縮ウランはロシアが握っている。

ゼレンスキーが現れるまで、私たちはロシアと共存することをと前提に「世界経済」作ってきた。ゼレンスキーはロシア（ソ連）を歴史問題で憎む。ウクライナの国内問題は、ついに「ウクライナ戦争」になった。彼は戦争で領土を取り返すことを「選挙公約」した。

私は、「バイデン政権」が終わることを祈っています。ロシアと「共存」の「世界経済」を推進するべきです。「共和党」の政権が誕生することを願っています。そうなれば、ロシアへの経済制裁は「解除」されると思います。

しかし「電気自動車」はリチウム電池の問題があります。これはロシアではない。中南米と中国がリチウム握っています。私は必ず「リチウム戦争」が起こると思います。

原発で電気を作るのは、電気自動車でも水素自動車でも同じです。電気自動車は、市販車として完成しています。水素自動車は、トヨタが市販車を作っていますが、電気自動車に比べれば、「技術的・価格的」に課題がたくさんあります。

私は、「バイデン政権」の「残りの期間」の時間を使って、「水素自動車」の残された課題を解決するべきだと思います。不可能を可能にするのが技術の世界です。人類は必ず解決すると思います。

水素自動車の燃料である水素は、「原発」の「水素工場」で「高圧水素のガスボンベ」に充填されます。この「高圧水素のガスボンベ」を私は「水素カートリッジ」と呼んでいます。「空の水素カートリッジ」は「既存」の「Ｇ／Ｓ」で、フルに充填の「水素カートリッジ」と「交換」します。

「水素カートリッジ」の交換は３分以内です。現在のガソリンの給油と同じ程度の時間です。既存の「G/S」の経営は従来通りです。タンクローリーの運転手の仕事は、「水素カートリッジ」の「配送」で残ります。そして「G/S」の労働者の仕事も残ります。

つまり、ガソリン車の生活が水素自動車に代わっても、便利さは、世界中で継続できます。自動車会社は、「水素自動車」で、「「ガソリン車」の利便性をそのまま移行させるべきです。たとえ、反逆の自動車会社がいたとしても、電気自動車は水素自動車には勝てません。
