J'ai été «puni» illégalement en 2010 pour un «cas de violation de la loi sur l'immigration».

La raison en est que nous avons fourni aux Chinois de "faux documents". Par conséquent, les Chinois ont pu "acquérir" le "statut de résidence".

Puisque les Chinois ont pu «acquérir» le «statut de résidence», les Chinois ont pu «travailler» «autrement que le statut».

Par conséquent, "nous" avons dit qu'il s'agissait d'un "crime de soutien" pour "la violation de l'article 70 de la loi sur le contrôle de l'immigration du peuple chinois".

Lors de la «192e Assemblée extraordinaire» du 18 novembre 2016, la «loi de révision partielle de la loi sur le contrôle de l'immigration et la reconnaissance des réfugiés» a fait ses preuves.

Les Chinois qui ont été punis pour avoir enfreint l'article 70 de la loi sur le contrôle de l'immigration sont également «innocents» en vertu de l'article 14 «Égalité devant la loi» de la Constitution.

Si l'employeur qui a embauché illégalement un Chinois est «innocent», le Chinois qui travaille est «innocent».

Cela viole le droit international interdisant la punition «arbitraire» des étrangers.
