To President Trump!
2026年8月11日 [Today's Proposal] Iran's Strategic Shift, the Limits of U.S. Asym-metric Warfare, and the Creation of Peace Through "G3MA" and "GPA"
1.[Iran's Strategic Shift] While backstage peace negotiations continue amidst an ex-change of airstrikes, Iran has broken away from its conventional behavioral patterns and begun showing a bold strategic shift. President Trump, trust me and rush to es-tablish "G3MA" with Putin and Xi Jinping. (Yasuhiro Nagano)
2.[U.S. Missile Stockpile Crisis] Experts and military research institutions indicate that with U.S. missile stockpiles having fallen to the 40% range, a full-scale war against Iran is difficult. Do they intend to import the missiles defending the U.S. mainland from China? (Yasuhiro Nagano)
3.[Deterrence Theory in Major Power Wars] The United States is based on the logic of international politics that "major military powers do not fight direct, large-scale wars"—primarily rooted in deterrence theory, mutually assured destruction, and bal-ance of power theory. My logic for "G3MA" is also based on these principles. (Yasuhi-ro Nagano)
4.[Trump's Logical Actions] This is precisely why President Trump has not gone to war with Russia or China and has acted logically thus far. However, the reality is that the U.S. struggles to handle "asymmetric warfare" effectively. (Yasuhiro Nagano)
5.[Cold Calculation of Iran's Leadership] Looking at the current situation where Iran is avoiding direct and large-scale warfare, it is clear that Iran's leadership also cold-heartedly understands the balance of power theory and cost calculations. (Yasuhiro Nagano)
6.[Asymmetric Warfare and Proxy Utilization] Utilizing asymmetric warfare and a proxy network, Iran is structuring its strategy after acknowledging the overwhelming gap in national and military power between itself and the U.S. and its allies. (Yasuhi-ro Nagano)
7.[Reasons for Avoiding Full-Scale War] Understanding that a head-on full-scale war would result in defeat within a short period, Iran has adopted a strategy of asymmet-ric warfare. This is backed by extremely thorough research. (Yasuhiro Nagano)
8.[Definition of Asymmetric Warfare] Asymmetric warfare refers to conflicts conduct-ed under conditions of overwhelming disparity in military power, economic power, and technology between the warring parties, fundamentally overturning the premises of traditional symmetric combat. (Yasuhiro Nagano)
9.[Costs of Major Power Wars] With the modernization of conventional weapons and the globalization of economy today, the losses resulting from direct combat between major powers far outweigh the benefits gained, posing a serious problem of dispro-portionate cost-effectiveness. (Yasuhiro Nagano)
10.[The Trap of a Pyrrhic Victory] Because modern warfare involves enormous mili-tary expenditures and human attrition, even a victory would result in a "Pyrrhic victo-ry" where the balance of gains and losses collapses, severely degrading national power and allowing the rise of other nations. (Yasuhiro Nagano)
11.[Severe Decline of U.S. National Power] The United States is already suffering from a "Pyrrhic victory" and declining national power; even if it were to achieve victo-ry, it would inevitably allow the rise of other nations and accelerate further decline. (Yasuhiro Nagano)
12.[Structural Problems Common to the Three Superpowers] This crisis applies not only to the United States but equally to Russia and China. This is precisely why I ad-vocate a shift from an "alliance for fighting" to an "alliance for creating peace." (Ya-suhiro Nagano)
13.[Proposal for G3MA and GPA Creation] Based on the balance of power theory and cost calculations, I propose that countries outside of G3MA should unite to establish a "Global Peace Army" to maintain equilibrium as a counterforce. (Yasuhiro Nagano)
14.[Transforming the World into Exclusively Defense-Oriented Nations] The U.S., Russia, and China should maintain the status quo of the global military balance to prevent the rise of other nations and make the world into exclusively defense-oriented nations. By channeling vast reduced military expenditures into public welfare, they should gain overwhelming support from the world. (Yasuhiro Nagano)
15.[A Major Shift toward Peace Investment] By completely shifting massive military expenditures into social security and the improvement of people's living standards, the three major powers of the U.S., China, and Russia should earn overwhelming support from citizens worldwide. (Yasuhiro Nagano)

Part 2: The Immigration Control Act Violation Case [Weekday Edition]
Japan’s judicial system and immigration administration involve severe human rights violations that challenge international standards. Through my own experience, I strongly question Japan's status as a constitutional state governed by the rule of law.
Please first read how I was wrongfully implicated in a case of "Aiding and Abetting the Violation of the Immigration Control Act" in 2010.

[Chapter 1] Case Overview
Autumn 2008: My company (where I serve as President) executed an employment contract with Chinese students holding student visas, promising to hire them upon their university graduation the following spring.
Late 2008: The Lehman Brothers bankruptcy triggered a global financial crisis, resulting in the abrupt cancellation of our upcoming system development projects.
2009: Due to the severe economic downturn, we were forced to rescind the job offers. Consequently, the graduated students had no choice but to continue working at the restaurants where they had been employed part-time during their studies.
May 2010: These former Chinese students were arrested for "Activities Other Than Those Permitted Under the Status of Residence" (Violation of Article 70 of the Immigration Control Act).
June 2010: I and our Chinese recruitment manager were also arrested. The charge brought against us was "Aiding and Abetting" (under the Penal Code) their unauthorized technical employment.
The Prosecution’s Logic: The prosecution asserted that our prior issuance of the employment contract constituted a "false document," which subsequently aided their unauthorized work.
[Chapter 2] Fatal Flaws in Judicial Interpretation
This indictment and subsequent judgment completely disregard fundamental legal principles, relying on an entirely arbitrary interpretation of the law.
Under Article 22-4, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Immigration Control Act at that time, submitting false documents merely granted the Minister of Justice the authority to revoke a residency status as an administrative disposition (leading to deportation). The act of submitting false documents itself was not codified as a criminal offense. Logically, one cannot be convicted of "aiding and abetting" an act that is not a crime in itself.
The court’s reasoning followed a convoluted chain of causality:
A residency status was obtained via a false employment contract.
The individuals resided in Japan based on that status.
Consequently, they engaged in unauthorized part-time work.
Therefore, the issuer of the initial contract aided and abetted the unauthorized work.
This is a far-fetched, flawed causal link that completely violates the principles of modern legal logic.
[My Argument]
Confusion of Administrative Dispositions and Criminal Penalties: The Immigration Control Act explicitly designates the consequences for false documentation as administrative measures (revocation of status and deportation). The legal process concludes there.
Absence of a Principal Offender: The actual employers of the restaurants where the students worked were never prosecuted for "Encouraging Illegal Employment" (Article 73-2 of the Immigration Control Act). Under the principle of equality under the law, it is a legal contradiction to punish us for aiding and abetting when the principal employers themselves were not prosecuted.
This same flawed legal doctrine was later improperly applied to diplomats and embassy staff.

Part 3: A New Business Model via Special Economic Zones
I propose the establishment of "Special Economic Zones" designed to accept refugees and migrants as "temporary migrant workers," with their residency restricted to these designated zones.
This framework offers a dual benefit: advanced nations secure low-cost labor to drive economic growth, while migrants receive human dignity, secure jobs, and free access to housing, food, healthcare, and education.
