アメリカでは、新型コロナウイルスの感染が広がって以降、

アジア系の住民に対する暴力事件が増えるなど、ヘイトクライムとみられる事件が相次いでいます。

アメリカでアジア系の住民を狙ったヘイトクライムが相次ぐなか、

アジア系の３人に１人が「暴力の被害に遭うことを恐れている」とする調査結果が公表されました。

コロナのせいだ→15%。トランプのせいだ→20%。残りはなんて答えたのだろう？

私は「米中貿易摩擦」による影響が大きいと思います。昔は「日本・米国の貿易戦争」でした。

「日本との貿易戦争」で仕事を失った米国人は、日本車を壊したり、火をつけて燃やす暴動を起こしました。

1982年には日本人と間違われた「中国系アメリカ人」の「ビンセント・チン」が

自動車産業の中心地デトロイトで白人に殺害されたことは

アジア系アメリカ人全体が人種差別に抗議する大きな社会問題となった。

この時、日本人に間違われた「中国系のアメリカ人」は被害者だったのです。

「因果関係」は日本にあったのです。

９０年代。発端は例の「日本人の留学生に対する射殺事件」です。

あの事件は「英語を正しく理解していなかった事に因る不幸な事故」だった。

「あれ」をきっかけに

「米国内の人種問題」に話題が飛び火して

「黒人は自分達以外の有色人種には、冷たい」と言う事が「よく知られる」ようになった。

米議会上院でアジア系住民へのヘイトクライムうを防ぐ法案が可決した。

しかし「ヘイト」を起こす「因果関係」を解消しなければ

「アジア系アメリカ人」への「ヘイト」はなくならないと思います。

解消の第1は「中国をデカップリング」して「アメリカ人」の仕事を増やすことです。

解消の第２は米国人を苦しめている「新型コロナウィルス」の「発生の原因」を明確にして、

発生国に対して明確に責任を負わせることです。

米国政府がこれ実行できれば、ヘイトは解消します。

３２％が「脅しや暴力の被害に遭うことを恐れている」と答えたほか、

「アジア系を狙った暴力が増えていると感じる」と回答した人は８割を超えました。

この理由として「新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大が影響している」と答えた人が１５％、

新型コロナウイルスを「中国ウイルス」などと言った

「トランプ前大統領の言動が原因だ」とする回答も２０％に上ったということです。

この事件は、警察官、検察官、裁判官による恣意的な適用法の誤りです。

罪名は、特別「公務員職権乱用罪」および「虚偽告訴罪」です。

検察は「告訴状」「告発状」を職権によって握りつぶしました。

よって「公訴時効」は停止しています。

私は、2つのことを「訴えて」います。
