日本は、検察に「起訴することを独占する権利」を与えていますので、

私は「日本弁護士連合会」にも支援を依頼しました。

しかし「返事」は、「日本弁護士会」には、貴方を支援する「力」がない。

正義を主張するために、「政治的な力」を必要とするのでしょうか？。

日本の司法制度は「権威主義」です。

カルロスゴーンは「政治的な力学」で逮捕されるように、日本は「危険な道」を進んでいます。

安倍政権は中国と連携して「危険な道」を歩んでいます。

この事件は、警察官、検察官、裁判官による恣意的な適用法の誤りです。

罪名は、特別「公務員職権乱用罪」および「虚偽告訴罪」です。

検察は「告訴状」「告発状」を職権によって握りつぶしました。

よって「公訴時効」は停止しています。

私は、2つのことを「訴えて」います。

1)外国人が「在留の資格」以外の「違法な労働」を行った。しかし外国人は無罪です。

2)検察は「入管法22-4-4条の支援」を理由として、入管法70条に対して刑法の60条および62条の

「他の犯罪を支援する罪」を「適用」したが「適用する法律の誤り」です。

私は、私および中国人、フィリッピン大使館関係者に対する、

「名誉の回復」と「賠償」を求めます。

今日は、国際法の視点から、皆様に支援を求めます。

国際法に反する犯罪（ 冤罪 ）です。

第2条（1）（3）、第4条（1）、第5条（2）、第9条(1)  (5)、第13条、

第14条（６）、第15条（1）、第16条、第17条、第26条、

全体主義（ totalitarianism）とは、個人の全ては全体に従属すべきとする思想または政治体制の1つである。

この体制を採用する国家は、通常1つの個人や党派または階級によって支配され、

その権威には制限が無く、公私を問わず国民生活の全ての側面に対して可能な限り規制を加えるように努める。

政治学では権威主義体制の極端な形とされる。

常は単なる独裁や専制とは異なり、「全体の利益」を 「個人の利益」より「優先する」だけではなく、

「個人の私生活」なども「積極的または強制的」に「全体」に従属させる。

全体主義の「対義語（antonym）」は個人主義[、権威主義の「対義語（antonym）」は民主主義である。

戦後日本は「大衆の社会化」が急速に進行してしてしまった。

「自分が一番よく知っている」と、

「思いこんでいる（They are in the heart of something）」にもかかわらず、

世間における喧伝、マスコミの言葉に踊らされて、

判断を誤っている大衆により、良識のない人々が次々と議員として選ばれた。

とうとう政治までもが「大衆の社会化」してしまった。

理由：「処罰できない」から「処罰できる」ように改正する。

「冤罪」です。国際社会の皆様ありがとうございました。しかし日本政府はまだ謝罪をしません。

私の情報 ***************************************************

不法就労で在留資格以外で収入を得た外国人は入管法70条違反です。

しかし入管法は、不法就労をさせた事業者を入管法73－2条で処罰しています。

しかし、不法に働かせた事業者を処罰せずに外国人だけを恣意的に処罰するのは国際法違反です。

よって、法の論理で不法に働かされた外国人は無罪です。

被害者は、告発状の記載の以外に、大勢の外国人です。

日本政府は「人権条約」を守る義務があります。

※基本的な法律に基づかない「逮捕・監禁」

※外国人を「恣意的に処罰する行為」

私だけでなく多くの外国人が日本の司法の犠牲になっています。
