しかし入管法は、不法就労をさせた事業者を入管法73－2条で処罰しています。

しかし、不法に働かせた事業者を処罰せずに外国人だけを恣意的に処罰するのは国際法違反です。

よって、法の論理で不法に働かされた外国人は無罪です。

被害者は、告発状の記載の以外に、大勢の外国人です。

TBSで7年にわたり報道してきたアフリカ・モザンビークで日本政府が進める大規模農業開発プロジェクト「プロサバンナ事業」。大規模農業化を進めることで「土地が奪われる」と当初から懸念の声が相次いでいましたが、ついに日本政府が中止を決定しました。日本の官僚は教科書を暗記できる優秀な人材です。しかし今では、教科書を暗記して教科書通りに政策を実行しても無能と評価されるだけです。官僚は政策を立案する際、3年から５年位、現地で彼らと一緒に生活をして、「モザンビーク」の農民の利益にになるプロジェクトを始めるべきでした。この現象は日本でも発生しています。日本を弱体化させたのは「無能」の官僚です。欧米諸国も同じではありませんか？暗「記した学力」だけで仕事をする人材はいらないということです。

不法就労で在留資格以外で収入を得た外国人は入管法70条違反です。

しかし入管法は、不法就労をさせた事業者を入管法73－2条で処罰しています。

しかし、不法に働かせた事業者を処罰せずに外国人だけを恣意的に処罰するのは国際法違反です。

よって、法の論理で不法に働かされた外国人は無罪です。

被害者は、告発状の記載の以外に、大勢の外国人です。

日本政府は「人権条約」を守る義務があります。

※外国人を「恣意的に処罰する行為」

私だけでなく多くの外国人が日本の司法の犠牲になっています。

Le SCT rapporte cette nouvelle depuis sept ans. Projet de développement agricole à grande échelle «Pro savannah business» promu par le gouvernement japonais au Mozambique, en Afrique.

Dès le début, on craignait que "la terre ne soit enlevée" en promouvant une agriculture à grande échelle, mais le gouvernement japonais a finalement décidé d'annuler. Les bureaucrates japonais sont d'excellentes personnes qui peuvent mémoriser les manuels. Cependant, de nos jours, même si vous mémorisez des manuels et mettez en œuvre des politiques en fonction des manuels, vous ne serez évalué que comme incompétent. La bureaucratie est dans l'élaboration des politiques. Les bureaucrates auraient dû y vivre avec eux pendant environ trois à cinq ans et démarrer un projet qui profiterait aux agriculteurs du «Mozambique». Ce phénomène se produit également au Japon. C'est la bureaucratie «incompétente» qui a affaibli le Japon. N'est-ce pas pareil pour les pays occidentaux?
