ロシアは「ゴルバチョフ大統領とアメリカとの約束」を守れと主張しているだけです。民主主義の基本は約束を守ることで成り立つ。東西ドイツの統一以後、アメリカは経済的に弱くなった。アメリカは中国に跪く寸前です。しかしロシアも同じです。本来、ロシアもアメリカも敵は「中国」です。

今回、ロシアがウクライナで戦争をしているのはウクライナが「ミンスク合意」を守らないからです。戦争の前は、ロシアがウクライナを取り囲んで「脅して」いた。バイデン大統領は、ロシアがウクライナに侵攻する推測のnewsを流し続けた。ウクライナの「ゼレンスキー大統領」はロシアを「挑発」した。二人の思惑に応えて、戦争になった。
