「第2部（日本の異常な人権侵害)」は、2023年2月27日に修正しました。

まずは、2010年の「入管法違反の支援の犯罪」の「冤罪」をお読みください。

処罰理由です：

中国人が「虚偽の雇用契約書」を提出して「在留資格」を得た。そして彼らは入管法違反（資格外の活動）を行った。

「私達」が、中国人に「虚偽に雇用の契約書類」を提供したから、中国人は「在留資格」が取得できた。

中国人は「在留資格」が得られたから日本に「在住」できた。

「１」虚偽の書類を提出して在留資格を得た行為は、法務大臣が（入管法：在留資格の取り消し）の「行政処分」することが、入管法で規定されています。これで「完結」です。無罪の行為の「ほう助行為」は無罪です。

「２」（資格外の活動）を行った中国人は無罪です。理由は、彼らを「雇用した者」が入管法の「不法就労を助長した罪」で処罰されていません。従って「法の下での平等」により、中国人は無罪です。

201６年1２月の入管法の改正は、「虚偽の雇用の契約書類」の「提供」の行為は、処罰できるようにしました。

201７年１月より実施。憲法39条により、「過去」に「遡及」して、「処罰」することはできません。

「中国人、韓国人、フィリッピン人、米国人など」、世界中に数万人、数十万人以上の被害者がいます。異常な人数です。

検察官らの「自由の（剥奪）」は「恣意的」です。彼らは「法律に従わず」に「自分勝手」です。彼らは「（論理的）な（必然性）」がありません。検察は「彼らの思うまま」に「処罰」しています。

2010年の入管法違反事件の「私や中国人」そして2013年のフィリッピン大使館の職員や外交官も同じ理由で処罰されました。

「私」は「法の論理」で説明して、「無罪」を主張しました。

すると、警察官や検察官はこう言いました。「(貴方)は一般論で、(貴方の罪）を、認めるべききだ」。

一般論で処罰する国は日本だけです！。

裁判官は、クレイジーな「論理」で、「因果関係=Causal relationship」を述べた。（判決の文章）を「見る」と、「大笑い」します。

この事件は、警察官、検察官、裁判官による恣意的な適用法の誤りです。罪名は、「特別公務員職権乱用罪」および「虚偽の告訴罪=Crimes of False Complaints」です。検察は「告訴状」「告発状」を「職権」によって「握りつぶした」。よって「公訴時効」は停止しています。

私は、2つのことを「訴えて」います。

１：外国人が「在留の資格」以外の「違法な労働」を行った。しかし「法の下での平等」により外国人は無罪です。

２：検察は「入管法22-4-4条の支援」を理由として、入管法70条に対して「刑法の60条および62条」の「他の犯罪を支援する罪」を「適用」したが、「適用する法律の誤り」です。（前記のとおりです)。

韓国人は「解決済」の「慰安婦や徴用工」の問題で日本に要求をするが、「入管法違反」で処罰された「何万人もの韓国人の被害者」を支援するべきです。

日本政府は「中国のウィグル人への人権侵害」などをでっち上げて、日本の人権侵害を隠しています。

「私」は、私および中国人、フィリッピン大使館関係者に対する、「名誉の回復」と「賠償」を求めています。

世界の皆さん！！被害者は各国の政府に申し出てください。各国の政府は「自国民の名誉の回復と賠償」を日本政府に要求する義務があります。

第３部。特別地帯の建設。

「特別地帯」は、難民や移民を「暫定移民」の労働者として、居住を「特別地帯」に限定して「受け入れ」ます。先進国は彼らを低賃金労働者として活用して経済成長、難民や移民は仕事を得て人間的な希望のある生活ができます。

«Америка та інші» повинні заарештувати «Зеленського та інших», які привласнили «гроші доброї волі», надіслані в Україну урядами та окремими особами.

Сеймур Герш, відомий американський журналіст, лауреат Пулітцерівської премії, запитує: «Де зникли 400 мільйонів доларів?» Адміністрації Зеленського надіслали підозру в розтраті коштів допомоги США.

Опубліковано статтю про те, що президент України Володимир Зеленський і його помічники привласнили "сотні мільйонів доларів", які їм передали США на закупівлю палива.

Пан Герш заявив, що президент Зеленський дешево закуповує дизпаливо у Росії, партнера України по війні. І вони отримують прибуток. Це їх бісна купа.

Однак він стверджує, що він і його близькі помічники використовують «сотні мільйонів доларів допомоги», яку США надіслали на закупівлю палива, як «власні гроші». Це їх бісна купа.

Джерела в Центральному розвідувальному управлінні США (ЦРУ) кажуть, що щонайменше 400 мільйонів доларів (53,2 мільярда ієн) були розкрадені минулого року.

У травні цього року з’явилася інформація про те, що пан Зеленський придбав віллу за 150 мільйонів єгипетських фунтів (приблизно 711 мільйонів ієн) у вілловому районі Ель-Гуна, який називають єгипетською Венецією.

Згідно з розслідуванням єгипетського журналіста Мохаммеда аль-Алаві, Зеленський купив нерухомість на ім'я своєї тещі, а гроші надійшли із західних країн.

Крім того, пан Аль-Алаві отримав і оприлюднив документи, які підтверджують, що він придбав віллу. За документами вказана адреса, ціна і навіть підрядник.

Західні ЗМІ вже повідомляли про це, і людина, знайома з Зеленським, прокоментувала, що кошти, використані для купівлі вілли, не належали самому Зеленському, а були коштами допомоги від західних країн.

Єгипетський політолог Абдулрахман Алабассі прокоментував, що «вражає» те, що велика сума допомоги, отриманої від західних країн на військові та гуманітарні цілі, буде використана в особистих цілях.

Мене дивує, що українські політики та урядовці почали скуповувати дорогу нерухомість з початку війни в Україні. Ці історії слід поширювати.

Окрім пана Зеленського, в політичному світі України домінують олігархи, і його називають одним із найбільш корумпованих у світі. «Західні країни тощо» знають і надсилають гроші.

Допомога, що надходить із західних країн, часто опиняється в руках «олігархів», які керуються «власними інтересами».

Доки Україна не стане «чистою державою», усі грошові перекази в Україну, в тому числі від фізичних осіб, мають бути припинені.

Потрібна не лише зміна верхівки. Люди з усіх верств суспільства повинні навчитися поводитися за демократичними правилами.

Український народ, який голосував за Зеленського, який дав передвиборчу обіцянку вирішити територіальні питання війною, має вивчити Статут ООН. Японія вела «розмови» з Росією більше 70 років після закінчення війни.

Польський журналіст Лукаш Вадрега каже, що заяви Заходу про «ізоляцію» Росії є спритною «брехнею чи просто брехнею».

«Росія ізольована лише від Заходу, тобто в широкому сенсі більшості європейських країн, США, Канади, Австралії, Японії та Південної Кореї, але це не більшість світу.

Росія «ізольована від Заходу, але не ізольована від решти світу». Це правда.

Американський економіст Річард Вулф також зазначає, що багато країн світу, які колись були залежними від США, тепер готові співпрацювати з Росією.

Він сказав, що президент Росії Володимир Путін "тепер має можливість" "ухилитися" від санкцій Заходу проти Росії.

За його словами, країни, які потребували фінансової підтримки, раніше були змушені покладатися на країни Заходу. Однак він зазначив, що зараз це готові надати країни БРІКС, які економічно потужніші порівняно зі США та Європою.

Пан Трамп повинен закликати американський народ, що економічні санкції проти Росії та виключення з SWIFT підштовхнули Сполучені Штати до кризи.

<Ціль>

``1'' Надати ``фальшивий документ'' іноземцю для отримання ``статусу проживання''. А якщо іноземець займається «нелегальною роботою».

Особа, яка надала іноземцю «фальшивий документ», наприклад «трудовий договір», не винна.

Проте з січня 2017 року покарання буде через «зміни до закону».

Китайський народ і «персонал і дипломати філіппінського посольства», проти яких я висунув «кримінальні звинувачення», абсолютно невинні. Докладніше дивіться у частині 2 робочих днів (з понеділка по п’ятницю).

``2'' Іноземці, заарештовані за ``нелегальну роботу (діяльність поза межами їхнього статусу)'' є невинними в ``більшості випадків''. ***

Причина: особа, яка «найняла» їх, не була покарана за «злочин сприяння нелегальному працевлаштуванню» відповідно до Закону про імміграційний контроль. Тому через «рівність перед законом» іноземці невинні.

«Більшість іноземців» «депортують» із «невеликим» «штрафом». Іноземці повинні «вимагати» від японського уряду «репарацій» у «кілька мільйонів єн» на людину.

Для корейців божевілля ``вимагати репарацій'' від японського уряду через ``питання жінок для втіхи'' і ``питання примусової праці''. Вони повинні вимагати компенсації від "корейського уряду". (Уряд Кореї вже отримав).

Питання "порушення імміграційного законодавства" - це зовсім інше питання, ніж "японо-корейський договір". Тому корейським політикам потрібно «переслідувати» японський уряд, оскільки це питання є «новим японсько-корейським питанням». Ми повинні з гордістю наполягати на тому, що корейці та китайці не є «рабами Японії».

Прем'єр-міністр Японії закликає до "правління за законом". Вони божевільні «говорять про Японію»!

Японія уклала договори про екстрадицію лише з двома країнами: Південною Кореєю та США.
