Toyota Motor Corporation announced on the 29th that it had halted development of the Lexus LF-ZC sedan electric vehicle (#EV). This is because EVs don't sell in Amer-ica!

Toyota has repeatedly postponed and revised its plans in response to the withdrawal of US EV promotion policies and the slump in EV demand. Even a global giant like Toyota couldn't overcome the policies of the Trump administration.

It seems that EV development has shifted to #fuel efficiency improvements. And it seems that they are focusing on lowering the price of #hydrogen. The United States should develop low-cost hydrogen production methods.

France is preparing for the "hydrogen age" by increasing its nuclear power plants and using the generated electricity for mass production of hydrogen through water elec-trolysis.

In Russia's Kamchatka Peninsula, a hydrogen energy cluster project is underway, uti-lizing tidal power plants to generate electricity and producing hydrogen through elec-trolysis.

This tidal power plant project aims to build a large-scale factory producing "green hy-drogen" and related compounds. Russia should relocate its industrial base to the Far East to avoid being targeted by Europe.

Russia's "hydrogen train" project in Sakhalin aims to reduce the environmental im-pact of rail transport through the introduction of clean energy. Go, Trump!

Furthermore, Russia is envisioning a "fully self-sufficient" facility at the Snezinka In-ternational Arctic Base, powered solely by renewable energy and hydrogen. Can Rus-sia surpass China?

These projects are part of Russia's strategy to lead the world in the production and export of hydrogen energy. President Putin is sure to succeed.

Since taking office in 2000, the Putin administration has expanded its global influence through its energy strategy. At that time, Russia was in the midst of a severe eco-nomic crisis.

Under these circumstances, President Putin focused on resources such as oil and natural gas, making aggressive investments as national projects, and revitalizing and growing them into major industries supporting the Russian economy.

これはトランプ政権の成果だ！「#トヨタ」がレクサスLF-ZCセダン型電気自動車（#EV）の開発を中止した。アメリカは「#水素自動車」で世界の自動車産業をリードすべきだ。

トランプ大統領はこう言うべきだ。「地球は水素の宝庫だ。アメリカは安価な水素を大量生産し、「#水素自動車」で世界をリードする。これこそがアメリカ自動車産業の復活だ。」

「#トヨタ」自動車は29日、レクサスLF-ZCセダン型電気自動車（#EV）の開発を中止したと発表した。これは、アメリカではEVが売れないからだ！

「#トヨタ」は、アメリカにおける「#EV」推進政策の撤廃とEV需要の低迷を受け、計画の延期や見直しを繰り返してきた。世界的な巨大企業である「#トヨタ」でさえ、トランプ政権の政策には勝てなかった。

「#EV」開発は「#燃費向上」へと移行したようだ。そして、「#水素価格」の引き下げに注力しているようだ。アメリカは低コストの水素製造方法を開発すべきだ。

サハリンにおけるロシアの「#水素列車」プロジェクトは、クリーンエネルギーの導入によって鉄道輸送の環境負荷を軽減することを目的としている。トランプ氏も頑張れ！

「第３章」。国際社会にも訴えました。

「私」は「法的論理」で自分の事案を説明し、「無罪」を主張しました。しかし、警察と検察は「一般論」で「罪」を「認める」べきだ言った。

しかし、日本国憲法第31条は「法律と行政法」に基づいてのみ刑罰が下されると規定しています。

裁判官は「因果関係」を「風が吹けば、（桶屋）が儲かる」論法で言った。国際社会は第2章の（刑罰理由）を「見る」と「大笑い」します。

私は2つのことを「訴え」ています。

1：外国人は「法定在留資格」外の「不法就労」をしていました。しかし、「法の下の平等」により無罪です。

２：検察は、入管法第７０条違反に「入管法第２２条第４項第４号（在留資格の取消し）」の「幇助行為」を刑法第６０条、第６２条の「幇助罪」として「適用」した。この事件では、入管法（行政処分）の規定が優先する。

検察官は、起訴状を作成する「法的スキル」がない。検察官には起訴状を作成する「法的能力」がない。日本語で言えば「味噌と糞を混ぜる」ようなものだ。

2010年に入管法に違反した「私と中国人」、2013年にフィリピン大使館職員と外交官らも同じ理由で処罰された。

国際社会の圧力を受け、日本政府は入管法を改正した。

しかし、日本政府は「私と中国人、フィリピン人」に「謝罪」していない。「名誉回復や賠償」もしていない。

国際社会の批判を受け、日本政府は2016年12月に入管法を改正し、「虚偽の雇用契約書」を「提供」する行為を処罰できるようにした。これは2017年1月に施行された。

しかし、憲法第39条は「過去に遡って」人を「処罰」することはできないことを意味する。

日本は特別職公務員の再教育、国会議員への憲法や法律の教育が必要だ。

However, Trump completely distrusts China. The "G2" talk was a lie. Under these cir-cumstances, a "military alliance (#G3MA)" cannot be formed.

The host country, China, hosted a top-class banquet at the Great Hall of the People for the Trump delegation, preparing exquisite gifts and commemorative medals sym-bolizing Chinese culture. But what a surprise!

Just before boarding their return flight, the group "#discarded" the entry/exit passes, delegation badges, and temporary cell phones they had received from the Chinese side, as well as the phones they had used only during their visit. What unpleasant behavior!

The US National Security Bureau harbors deep-seated distrust regarding spy devices hidden in Chinese "gifts." China, too, is likely concerned about whether the #Boeing aircraft it imports contain spy devices.

China has announced an agreement to purchase 200 US-made #Boeing aircraft for the first time in nine years, and to import at least $17 billion worth of US agricultural products annually until 2028. However...

On his return journey, Trump said the #Boeing purchase could reach up to 750 air-craft, but the actual contract was significantly smaller than the market expectation of 500. That's fine!

While I appreciate Trump's business negotiations, I believe he should propose a strategy for increasing US-China trade through a balanced export-import model. However, I think the skills of the Trump administration's staff are far too weak.

Trump should communicate a clear ideology to the world. Within that framework, he should implement policies that impose high tariffs, the "Trump tariffs," as a sound argument.

Trump should state, "I want to expand free world trade," and that sustainable expan-sion requires the creation of "offset tariffs that balance exports and imports."

The US would impose the "Trump tariffs" only on the net import value (the difference between import value and export value) for each importing company. By creating "offset tariffs that balance exports and imports," tariffs would effectively become zero.

Mr. Trump should say that "companies exporting to the US" can reduce tariffs to vir-tually zero by importing "American products" from the US in parallel with exporting to the US.

"Chapter 1". The summary of the incident is as follows.

In the fall of 2008, my company (I am the president) promised to hire "Chinese people studying abroad on student visas". I "issued" them "employment contracts" stating that "LEFCO" would "employ" them when they graduated from university the following spring.

However, after that, the "Lehman Shock" occurred in 2008.

As a result, orders for "system development" from the following year onwards were "cancelled".

As a result, "LEFCO" "cancelled" the "employment" of "those who were scheduled to join the company" in 2009.

Therefore, "they" continued to work at the restaurants where they had worked part-time as students even after graduating in 2009.

In May 2010, the Chinese were arrested for "violating Article 70 of the Immigration Control Act" by "activities outside of the status of residence".

In June 2010, after their arrest, I and the Chinese person in charge of recruitment (KingGungaku) were also arrested.

The reason was "crime of aiding and abetting" the Chinese for "violating Article 70 of the Immigration Control Act (activities outside the status of residence)".

<Reason for arrest> The prosecution said that I and KingGungaku giving the Chinese a "false employment contract" constituted "crime of aiding and abetting" under the Criminal Code.

"Chapter 2". Crimes in the judgment: (arbitrary and ridiculous)

The charges in the indictment are "the very provisions" of "Article 22-4-4 of the Immigration Control Act".

If a "status of residence" is obtained by submitting false documents, the Minister of Justice can revoke the "status of residence" at his "discretion". (And the person will be deported).

Therefore, even if a Chinese person submits "false documents," it is not a crime. It is not a crime to "aid" an innocent act.

The "reason for punishment" in the judgment:

1. The Chinese person obtained "resident status" by submitting a "false employment contract."

2. And they violated the Immigration Control Act (activities outside of their status of residence).

3. The Chinese person obtained "resident status" because "we" provided the Chinese person with a "false employment contract."

4. The Chinese person was able to "reside" in Japan because he obtained "resident status."

5. Because of that, the Chinese person was able to "work illegally."

6. Therefore, "we" who "provided" the Chinese person with a "false employment contract" were punished for "aiding" the Chinese person's "activities outside of their status of residence."

This is an "error" in the arbitrary "logic of law."

This reasoning is the "argument" that "when the wind blows, the barrel maker (profits)." This goes against "legal logic" even internationally.

The "criminal reason" in the indictment cannot be a crime because the provisions of the "Immigration Control Act," which is a "special law," take precedence over the "Criminal Code," which is a "general law."

My argument:

"1": The Immigration Control Act stipulates that the Minister of Justice will revoke the act of a foreigner who has obtained a residence status by submitting false documents (Immigration Control Act: Article 22-4-4, cancellation of residence status) through "administrative disposition." That's all.

"2": The Chinese who engaged in "unqualified work activities" are not guilty. The reason is that their "employers" have not been punished for the "crime of aiding and abetting illegal employment" under Article 73-2 of the Immigration Control Act.

Therefore, under the principle of "equality under the law," the Chinese are not guilty.

The Japanese government has punished "diplomats and Philippine embassy staff" for the exact same "criminal reason."

However, like the Chinese government, the Philippine government is also silent.

「第1章」。事件の概要は以下のとおりです。

2008年秋、私の会社（私が社長）は「留学ビザで留学中の中国人」を雇う約束をしました。私は彼らに「レフコ」が翌春大学を卒業したら「雇用する」という「雇用契約書」を「交付」しました。

しかし、その後、2008年に「リーマンショック」が起こりました。

その結果、翌年以降の「システム開発」の受注は「キャンセル」されました。

その結果、「LEFCO」は2009年に「入社予定だった者」の「雇用」を「取り消した」。

そのため「彼ら」は、2009年に卒業した後も、学生時代にアルバイトをしていた飲食店で働き続けた。

2010年5月、中国人は「在留資格外活動」による「入管法第70条違反」で逮捕された。

彼らが逮捕された後の2010年6月、私と採用担当の中国人（KingGungaku）も逮捕された。

その理由は、中国人の「入管法第70条違反（資格外活動）」に対する「刑法の（幇助の罪）」です。

＜逮捕理由＞検察は、私とキンググンガクが中国人に「虚偽の雇用契約書」を渡したことは、「刑法の幇助の罪」に当たるとした。

「第2章」。判決文の罪状：（恣意的で滑稽）

起訴状の罪状は「入管法第22条の4の4」の「規定そのもの」です。

虚偽の書類を提出して「在留資格」を取得した場合、法務大臣は「裁量」で「在留資格」を取り消すことができる。（そして、強制送還される）。

したがって、中国人が「虚偽の書類」を提出しても、犯罪にはならない。無実の行為を「幇助」することは犯罪ではない。

判決文の「処罰理由」：

1. 中国人が「虚偽の雇用契約書」を提出して「在留資格」を取得したこと。

2. そして、入管法に違反したこと（在留資格外活動）。

3. 中国人が「在留資格」を得たのは、「我々」が中国人に「偽の雇用契約書」を提供したからだ。

4. 中国人が「在留資格」を得たため、日本に「居住」できた。

5. そのため、中国人は「不法就労」できた。

6. したがって、中国人に「偽の雇用契約書」を「提供」した「我々」は、中国人の「資格外の活動」を「幇助」したとして処罰された。

これは恣意的な「法の論理」の「誤り」である。

この理屈は「風が吹けば樽屋が（儲かる）」という「論法」だ。これは国際的にも「法的論理」に反する。

「起訴状の犯罪理由」は、「特別法」である「入管法」の規定が、「一般法」である「刑法」より優先するので、犯罪にできない。

私の主張：

「１」：入管法は、外国人が虚偽の書類を提出して在留資格を取得した行為（入管法：22－4－4条、在留資格の取消）は、法務大臣が「行政処分」で取り消しする、と規定している。これで終わりだ。

「２」：「資格外の就労の活動」を行った中国人は無罪である。その理由は、彼らの「雇用主」が入管法73-2条の「不法就労の助長の罪」で処罰されていないからである。

したがって、「法の下の平等」の原則の下では、中国人は無罪である。

日本政府は、全く同じ「犯罪的理由」で「外交官やフィリピン大使館職員」を処罰した。

しかし、中国政府と同様に、フィリピン政府も沈黙している。

第３部。特区建設。新たなビジネスモデル。

「特区」は難民や移民を「一時的移民」労働者として「受け入れ」、居住地を「特区」内に限定する。

先進国は彼らを低賃金労働者として活用し、再び高度経済成長を実現する。

難民や移民は仕事を得て、人間らしい希望のある生活を送ることができる。

一時的移民は低賃金だが「衣食住、医療費、教育は無料」です。

The US Secretary of Defense stated that China is pursuing a "historic arms buildup" and will burden allies like Japan with it. The US should create the "G3MA" and build a world of "military spending" reductions, rather than pursu-ing such "stingy policies." And it should protect the "dollar"!

Mr. Hexes cited military operations against Venezuela and joint operations against Iran as examples, which I believe are "foolish policies" that significant-ly lowered President Trump's approval ratings.

Mr. Hexes emphasized that the Trump administration would "strengthen the US, enhance the capabilities of its allies and friends, and make the Indo-Pacific region more stable and secure." However, I believe President Trump will be-come a "lame duck" if he suffers a major defeat in the "midterm elections."

Mr. Hexes also stated that "the era of the US defending the wealthy is over." I propose the creation of the "G3MA" to implement safe policies that allow coun-tries to reduce their "military spending."

The United States launched the Vietnam War under the pretext of "preventing the rise of communism," but the enormous war costs bankrupted the US treas-ury. President Trump must know this fact.

The Vietnam War was the biggest trigger for the collapse of the then-existing international monetary system (the Bretton Woods system). President Trump must know this fact.

Before the Vietnam War, the world used the US dollar, convertible to gold, as its standard currency. The enormous US military spending in the Vietnam War led to a massive outflow of dollars worldwide.

The Vietnam War nearly depleted US gold reserves, and the value (credibility) of the dollar plummeted. President Trump must also know this fact.

Unable to tolerate the decline in the dollar's credibility, President Nixon sud-denly announced the suspension of the US dollar's convertibility to gold in Au-gust 1971. The fixed exchange rate collapsed. It seems like it happened just recently.

There were attempts to return to a fixed exchange rate of "1 dollar = 308 yen" (#Smithsonian Agreement), but the dollar continued to depreciate, and by 1973, it had shifted to a "floating exchange rate system."

Around 1975, after the end of the #VietnamWar, the #exchange rate came to be determined by market supply and demand. Of course, Japan was able to re-duce its #militaryspending thanks to American protection.

As of June 1st, 1 US dollar = 159.48 yen. The value of the yen is less than half of what it was when I was working. I feel sorry for young people in Japan today. The US dollar seems to be performing strongly for now.

War weakens the dollar. Young Americans are learning this historical fact. That's why young Americans dislike Trump. Trump should understand this.

#Kissinger made the #dollar the world's #reservecurrency. The dollar solidified its position as the world's reserve currency, leading countries to accumulate dollars (foreign exchange reserves) for trade, and the dollar continued to main-tain its status as the world's strongest reserve currency.

Today, when news breaks that Saudi Arabia might sell oil in a currency other than the dollar (for example, the Chinese yuan), the global economy becomes tense. The reason is that the dollar, built by Kissinger, would lose its status as the world's reserve currency. Go Trump!
