Putin has refused to hold a three-way meeting with President Zelensky. Presi-dent Zelensky is the one who provoked Russia and started the war, and he has already lost his presidency.

Putin has refused to meet with President Zelensky, saying, "Certain conditions need to be met, but we are still far away." He has no intention of changing the ceasefire terms.

Russian presidential advisor Ushakov stated, "The U.S. side has made a pro-posal that we can accept" regarding the ceasefire with Ukraine. It appears that the U.S. and Russia "share the same views."
