Rather, the paradox that products which are "more expensive to automate" require the most human labor is the primary factor complicating current global supply chains. As a realistic infrastruc-ture to bring labor-intensive manufacturing, such as iPhone assembly, back to the U.S. and to build the strongest nation, I propose a "Special Zone" policy. Upon completing my sentence and being released, I discovered through media reports that Philippine Embassy diplomats, staff, and drivers had fallen victim to the exact same unlawful enforcement pattern in 2013. I have filed formal criminal complaints regarding this institutional abuse.

To challenge this structural injustice, I submitted formal criminal complaints (告訴状・告発状) to the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office, the Tokyo High Public Prosecutors Office, and the Supreme Public Prosecutors Office. However, the prosecution summarily rejected them, refusing even to process the filings. Had they issued an official disposition not to prosecute (不起訴), I could have appealed to the Prosecutorial Review Commission. By refusing to accept the complaints, they stripped away my statutory right to legal recourse.
I also appealed to various political parties, members of the Diet, and the Japan Federation of Bar Associations (JFBA), but was met with silence or rejection. A legal advisor to a major political party simply repeated that "if the principal offense is guilty, aiding and abetting is established," showcasing a complete failure of critical legal analysis. This is definitive evidence that Japan is not operating under the true rule of law.
The actions of the police, prosecutors, and judges in this matter constitute a direct abuse of power, falling under "Abuse of Authority by Special Public Officials" and "False Accusation." Because prosecutors have actively concealed these criminal complaints through their official powers, the statute of limitations must be legally interpreted as stayed (suspended).
[Chapter 8] Retrial Demands and International Expectations
Under the Code of Criminal Procedure, a simple "error in the application of law" does not constitute statutory grounds for a retrial. However, a retrial can be granted if the criminal misconduct of the investigating officials or judges is proven. The authorities arrested and detained us without probable cause (abuse of authority) and fabricated a criminal conviction against innocent individuals (false accusation). The prosecution must acknowledge these violations and initiate a retrial. Fifteen years have passed, but I will never abandon this fight.
The only external power capable of breaking through Japan’s insular judicial system is the United States. During his previous term, President Trump provided me with a signed response, stating: "I will resolve this in a manner that will be satisfactory to you." I place great faith in the fulfillment of this commitment.

Let us work together to revitalize the Rust Belt and establish "Special Zones" along the Mexican border. Furthermore, let us construct the "American Maglev Canal Railway"—a high-speed container freight rail system to complement the Panama Canal—enabling cargo to cross from the Caribbean Sea to the Pacific Ocean in just two hours.
