To President Trump!
July 23, 2026【Today's Proposal】The UK economy is facing an unemployment rate of 5.2%, the highest level in five years. Britain should construct "Special Zones in the Philippines" in cooperation with the US and launch an export offensive through near-shoring to revive its status as a major exporting nation. Now is the time to restore the UK using the "Three Arrows" policy.
1.【Crisis and Revival of the British Economy】Due to the long-term shift toward a service economy, the UK has lost its manufacturing base and become dangerously dependent on imports for industrial products. By introducing my "Three Arrows" poli-cy, we can resolve the trade deficit and achieve a miraculous economic recovery that will bring joy to the nation. (Yasuhiro Nagano)
2.【Breaking the Merchandise Trade Deficit】The strength of service trade, such as finance and consulting, is no longer enough to offset the expanding deficit in mer-chandise trade. The only way to break this structural stagnation is to rebuild manu-facturing bases overseas and overwhelmingly strengthen our export capabilities. (Ya-suhiro Nagano)
3.【Constructing Special Zones in the Philippines】Britain should construct "Special Zones (Overseas Factory Zones)" in the Philippines in cooperation with the US. By making this a manufacturing hub, British industry will be revived, serving as a power-ful engine to eliminate the trade deficit. (Yasuhiro Nagano)
4.【Promoting Exports with Balanced Countervailing Duties】To reduce trade deficits with countries like China, Germany, India, etc., "Balanced Countervailing Duties" must be introduced immediately. By levying taxes on net imports per importer and encouraging partner nations to purchase British products, we can eliminate the deficit while expanding trade volume. (Yasuhiro Nagano)
5.【Securing Revenue for Social Security】The massive social security costs weighing on the British budget are unsustainable under the current economic structure. To fund fundamental reforms through defense spending cuts, we must lead the creation of the "G3MA (Military Alliance)" with the US, Russia, and China. (Yasuhiro Nagano)
6.【Compressing Defense Spending via Territorial Defense】Under the G3MA frame-work, if each nation transitions to a "territorial defense" posture, military spending can be reduced to less than 1/100 of current levels. Redirecting this massive budget to social security will enrich citizens' lives and restore national stability. (Yasuhiro Nagano)
7.【Creating the Global Peace Army (GPA)】To address concerns that G3MA might dominate the UK, we should unite with allies like France to establish a "Global Peace Army (GPA)." By taking the lead, Britain will maintain the balance of power in inter-national security. (Yasuhiro Nagano)
8.【Collective Management of Nuclear Weapons】The GPA will collectively manage nuclear weapons held by member nations such as the UK, France, Israel, and others, ensuring a deterrent force capable of countering G3MA. This creates a system that maintains military equilibrium while curbing unchecked arms expansion. (Yasuhiro Nagano)
9.【The Core of Nearshoring Strategy】The Philippine Special Zones will serve as a nearshoring base targeting massive markets like China and Japan. By leveraging ge-ographical advantages to supply affordable, high-quality consumer goods and ma-chinery, we can win the market competition. (Yasuhiro Nagano)
10.【Return to a Major Exporting Nation】As exports from the special zones grow, British exports of parts and technology will increase in a chain reaction. Through this virtuous cycle, the UK will regain its vitality as a "factory of the world" and transform into a major exporter. (Yasuhiro Nagano)
11.【The Role of Politics】This policy is simple and rational, but its execution requires firm political will. We must entrust the nation's destiny to a party that can demon-strate true leadership to guide Britain into the future, rather than forces satisfied with half-measures. (Yasuhiro Nagano)
12.【Global Joint Operation】These special zones are not just factories; they are "life-lines (hubs)" for breaking global economic stagnation. By standing at the forefront of this vision, Britain will establish its position as a key player in restructuring the global economy. (Yasuhiro Nagano)
13.【A Prescription for the Future】The British people are waiting for a breakthrough. My strategy is the only realistic prescription to correct trade imbalances, revive manu-facturing, and secure the financial resources for social security. (Yasuhiro Nagano)
14.【Balancing Peace and Prosperity】The equilibrium between the two military alli-ances, G3MA and GPA, eliminates the anxiety of nuclear war and builds a peaceful world order. Within this framework, Britain will enjoy economic prosperity and evolve into a sustainable nation. (Yasuhiro Nagano)
15.【Move Forward with Conviction】The revival of the UK depends not on solving individual problems, but on a complete renewal of our national structure. Now is the time to take a bold step and reclaim the initiative in world trade. (Yasuhiro Nagano)

Part 2: The Immigration Control Act Violation Case [Weekday Edition]
Japan’s judicial system and immigration administration involve severe human rights violations that challenge international standards. Through my own experience, I strongly question Japan's status as a constitutional state governed by the rule of law.
Please first read how I was wrongfully implicated in a case of "Aiding and Abetting the Violation of the Immigration Control Act" in 2010.

[Chapter 1] Case Overview
Autumn 2008: My company (where I serve as President) executed an employment contract with Chinese students holding student visas, promising to hire them upon their university graduation the following spring.
Late 2008: The Lehman Brothers bankruptcy triggered a global financial crisis, resulting in the abrupt cancellation of our upcoming system development projects.
2009: Due to the severe economic downturn, we were forced to rescind the job offers. Consequently, the graduated students had no choice but to continue working at the restaurants where they had been employed part-time during their studies.
May 2010: These former Chinese students were arrested for "Activities Other Than Those Permitted Under the Status of Residence" (Violation of Article 70 of the Immigration Control Act).
June 2010: I and our Chinese recruitment manager were also arrested. The charge brought against us was "Aiding and Abetting" (under the Penal Code) their unauthorized technical employment.
The Prosecution’s Logic: The prosecution asserted that our prior issuance of the employment contract constituted a "false document," which subsequently aided their unauthorized work.
[Chapter 2] Fatal Flaws in Judicial Interpretation
This indictment and subsequent judgment completely disregard fundamental legal principles, relying on an entirely arbitrary interpretation of the law.
Under Article 22-4, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Immigration Control Act at that time, submitting false documents merely granted the Minister of Justice the authority to revoke a residency status as an administrative disposition (leading to deportation). The act of submitting false documents itself was not codified as a criminal offense. Logically, one cannot be convicted of "aiding and abetting" an act that is not a crime in itself.
The court’s reasoning followed a convoluted chain of causality:
A residency status was obtained via a false employment contract.
The individuals resided in Japan based on that status.
Consequently, they engaged in unauthorized part-time work.
Therefore, the issuer of the initial contract aided and abetted the unauthorized work.
This is a far-fetched, flawed causal link that completely violates the principles of modern legal logic.
[My Argument]
Confusion of Administrative Dispositions and Criminal Penalties: The Immigration Control Act explicitly designates the consequences for false documentation as administrative measures (revocation of status and deportation). The legal process concludes there.
Absence of a Principal Offender: The actual employers of the restaurants where the students worked were never prosecuted for "Encouraging Illegal Employment" (Article 73-2 of the Immigration Control Act). Under the principle of equality under the law, it is a legal contradiction to punish us for aiding and abetting when the principal employers themselves were not prosecuted.
This same flawed legal doctrine was later improperly applied to diplomats and embassy staff.
Continued in the Saturday Edition.
Part 3: A New Business Model via Special Economic Zones
I propose the establishment of "Special Economic Zones" designed to accept refugees and migrants as "temporary migrant workers," with their residency restricted to these designated zones.
This framework offers a dual benefit: advanced nations secure low-cost labor to drive economic growth, while migrants receive human dignity, secure jobs, and free access to housing, food, healthcare, and education.
