The Administration continues to work toward a lasting peace agreement between the Israelis and Palestinians. Recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital is a necessary condition for such a deal. The President also supports preserving the status quo at Jerusalem’s holy sites.

Les étrangers qui ne sont pas qualifiés pour travailler, s'ils travaillent illégalement et gagnent de l'argent, sont criminalisés en vertu du «crime des travailleurs illégaux».

La base légale est 70-4 de la Loi sur l'immigration (travail illégal en dehors du statut de résidence).

Article 70 Toute personne qui tombe sous l'un des points suivants doit:
Emprisonnement au travail pour une durée maximale de trois ans ou peine d'emprisonnement sans travail ou amende de 3 millions de yen ou moins,
Ou emprisonnement avec ou emprisonnement sans travail ou amende et amende.

1 Une personne entrée au Japon en violation de l'article 3
2 Personne qui a atterri au Japon sans avoir reçu l'autorisation de débarquement de l'inspecteur de l'immigration
3 Ceux qui ont été sauvés du statut de résident et qui sont restés au Japon
(4) Une personne qui est clairement reconnue comme exerçant exclusivement des activités d'exploitation d'une entreprise entraînant des revenus ou recevant une rémunération en violation de l'article 19, paragraphe 1.
