2)検察は「入管法22-4-4条の支援」を理由として、入管法70条に対して刑法の60条および62条の

「他の犯罪を支援する罪」を「適用」したが「適用する法律の誤り」です。

私は、私および中国人、フィリッピン大使館関係者に対する、

「名誉の回復」と「賠償」を求めます。

TBSニュースが「ネパール人の留学生の問題」を取り上げています。彼は「ビザ」が更新されなかったので借金を返済できずにネパールへ帰りました。彼は不満を述べています。彼は日本政府に騙されたのです。日本政府は「短期間の奴隷」が欲しいだけです。日本に行くために学費や旅費などを借金して来てはいけません。私はこ問題を10年以上、追及しています。私の時代は中国人でした。中国人は入管法70条（資格外活動）で逮捕されて懲役刑となり中国に強制送還されました。「このこと」は各国で「周知する」べきです。

更に、日本で「公式」に「働ける時間」は、週に28時間です。

これでは借金を返済する金額になりません。

それで28時間を超えて働く、ことになりますが、見つかれば「在留資格」の更新が受けられません。

ネットのコメントです。

これの問題点は学費を支払う財務能力がない外国人を、

アルバイト等で学費を稼いで勉強できると騙して送り出したり受け入れたりしている組織が多くあるということ。

留学生で一週間に28時間しか働けない事を知っている人は少ない。

この制度止めてほしい、

日本にくる留学生は、母国では、賢い「優秀な人」だと思います。

その人達が日本を嫌いになって母国に帰国する。

Il a été trompé par le gouvernement japonais. Le gouvernement japonais veut juste un «esclave à court terme». N'empruntez pas de «frais de scolarité» ou de «frais de voyage» pour aller au Japon. Je m'intéresse à ce problème depuis plus de 10 ans. Mon «époque» était chinoise. Les Chinois ont été arrêtés en vertu de l'article 70 de la loi sur le contrôle de l'immigration (activités en dehors de leurs qualifications) et condamnés à une peine d'emprisonnement. Et ils ont été expulsés vers la Chine. «Cette chose» devrait être «rendue publique» dans chaque pays.

Cependant, de nombreux étudiants internationaux «cuisinent» et «servent les clients» dans les restaurants.
