Le 23, nous avons annulé la décision de la Haute Cour de Tokyo, qui n'a pas approuvé le nouveau procès, et avons décidé d'ordonner à la Haute Cour de réessayer.

En revanche, dans la décision, cinq juges sont en désaccord 3 contre 2.

Dans des opinions dissidentes, les deux juges admettent que les tests ADN, etc. sont de nouveaux éléments de preuve, et qu'il existe un soupçon sérieux que la tache de sang n'est pas celle de M. Hakamada et qu'un nouveau procès devrait être autorisé. ..

Il est inhabituel pour un juge de «casser son opinion» dans le cadre d'un «appel spécial» demandant un nouveau procès.

L'amendement de la loi sur le contrôle de l'immigration en janvier 2017 stipule que «je ne suis pas coupable» comme raison de l'amendement.

Raison: Modifier de «ne peut être puni» à «peut être puni».

C'est une "culpabilité". Merci à tous dans la communauté internationale. Cependant, le gouvernement japonais ne s'est pas encore excusé.
