この事件は、警察官、検察官、裁判官による恣意的な適用法の誤りです。

罪名は、特別「公務員職権乱用罪」および「虚偽告訴罪」です。

検察は「告訴状」「告発状」を職権によって握りつぶしました。

よって「公訴時効」は停止しています。

しかし日本は産業が「空洞化」しているので「沖縄に特別地帯」を建設して、日本国内の工業力を強化する必要があります。


日本は戦後の「工業立国」から「観光立国」に政策変更をしたため、経済は「デフレ」が続いています。

一時は「１億の国民が総中流」と言われましたが、

今では「格差社会」で、国民の半数が貧民です。「観光立国」では「デフレから脱却」出来ません。

工業立国に戻して５年以内に所得を倍増すべきです。


日本政府は、2003年小泉首相（当時）が｢「ビジット・ジャパン事業」を開始した。

2015年に「観光立国実現に向けたアクション・プログラム2015」を策定して

｢（訪日外国人旅行者数）を2000万人時代を早期実現する」ことを発表しています。

この事件は、警察官、検察官、裁判官による恣意的な適用法の誤りです。

北朝鮮は繊維や雑貨は中国に輸出して、中国の企業が「中国製」として世界に輸出している。

しかし中国製品に対する国際社会の評価は日々、厳しくなる。

中国に頼る国家運営は危険だからリスクを分散するべきだ。


北朝鮮は「経済制裁」を受けている。

貿易だけでなくが「送金」などの制裁を受けているので世界との貿易は難しい。

しかし「金融」や「物流」はロシアの「ウラジオストック」を経由することで可能になる。

「ウラジオストック」の会社を経由して「B　to　B」や「B　to　C」で世界に輸出できる。

「受注」の「活動」はインターネットで北朝鮮からできます。

北朝鮮から世界の小売店に営業ができます。
