「IPP」は「EU」に代わる市場として十分な市場規模だ】

「IPP」の創業メンバーは、英国、オーストラリア、インド、カナダ、そして米国だ。

まさに「大英帝国」の復活を「予見」するようだ。

しかし新しい「大英帝国」に植民地はない。

あるのは「オーストラリアの特別地帯」とその加盟国です。

中国製品に勝てる製品の企画は各加盟国です。

そして製品の製造は「オーストラリアの特別地帯」が行います。


加盟国で「高付加価値」である「素材」や「部品や材料」を生産します。

そしてサプライチェーンで、それらを「オーストラリアの特別地帯」へ輸出します。

「オーストラリアの特別地帯」は主として「製品の組み立て」を行います。

製造された製品は本国の指示のもとに出荷されます。

サプライチェーンの運用システムはインドが提供します。


特別地帯の工場は最新鋭の設備です。生産技術者や熟練技術者は加盟国から派遣されます。

単純労働者は「難民や貧民」です。

「オーストラリアの特別地帯」は「パレスチナの難民」を「暫定移民」として受け入れます。

「暫定移民」は特別地帯に居住が限定した「低賃金の労働者」です。

しかし彼らは奴隷でありません。

最低限の文化的な生活を保証します。多くの「暫定移民」は家族同伴です。

この事件は、警察官、検察官、裁判官による恣意的な適用法の誤りです。

罪名は、特別「公務員職権乱用罪」および「虚偽告訴罪」です。

検察は「告訴状」「告発状」を職権によって握りつぶしました。

よって「公訴時効」は停止しています。


私は、2つのことを「訴えて」います。

1)外国人が「在留の資格」以外の「違法な労働」を行った。しかし外国人は無罪です。

2)検察は「入管法22-4-4条の支援」を理由として、入管法70条に対して刑法の60条および62条の

「他の犯罪を支援する罪」を「適用」したが「適用する法律の誤り」です。



私は、私および中国人、フィリッピン大使館関係者に対する、

「名誉の回復」と「賠償」を求めます。


私は毎日、日本のみならず国際社会に発信しています。

日本は外国人労働者を必要としています。

しかしこの問題を解決しなければ外国人労働者は来ません。

また企業も安心して外国人を雇用できません。
