The Trump administration is considering a plan to redevelop the Gaza Strip in Palestine as a "resort and high-tech industrial base" over the next 10 years after the end of the war. The fighting in Gaza will be eternal, and I think this is impossible.

Japanese people say things like, "Turning the site of such a tragedy into a resort? It's crazy to think anyone would enjoy themselves in such a place." I think this is just adding fuel to the fire of "terrorism."

Terrorists will launch attacks targeting Westerners visiting resorts. Even with missile defense systems, mistakes are inevitable. Is it worth taking such risks for "rest and relaxation"?

History has shown that even when ceasefires are reached in Gaza, they quickly flare up again, and attacks and destruction continue. The Israeli military has repeatedly launched large-scale military invasions of Gaza in 2008, 2009, 2012, 2014, and again in 2021.

However, this only deepens the resentment of the Gazans. They cling to Gaza even as it becomes "death." Building a resort here is insane.

With no hope for the future, an increasing number of young people are risking their lives to escape Gaza, even crossing the Mediterranean. If you have hope for life, you fear death, but these people don't fear death.

That's why I suggest that those who want to emigrate, especially those who want to escape, move from Gaza to the "distant Philippines."

I believe it's important to allow "them" to move voluntarily to a place far away from Gaza. Mindanao is also home to Muslims.

Just as Jews long for their ancestors and founded Israel in Palestine, Arabs long for their ancestors and are proud to live in Palestine (Gaza).

Both find value in living in Palestine. It's the "land of their ancestors" that Americans simply can't understand. Trump, a "German immigrant," probably wouldn't understand.

There are no jobs in Gaza. No one will accept Gaza residents. That's why some people cross the Mediterranean, prepared to die. Those without the money to cross have no choice but to commit suicide. If you're prepared to die, you can do anything.

The "global economy" has been a hot topic for a long time. The world has become a global economy. In a global economy, countries with low wages have an advantage.

As a result, developed countries' products have lost out to Chinese products in price wars. The only way to recover is to hire "low-wage workers." Russia is suffering from a labor shortage.

Europe has accepted "illegal immigrants" from Africa and other places. Countries like Germany have become "powerful export nations," thanks to imports of natural gas from Russia.

However, language and cultural differences have caused friction between illegal immigrants and their own citizens. Governments have listened to the voices of their people and refused to accept "illegal immigrants and refugees."

European countries that refuse to accept low-wage workers are losing out in price wars with Chinese-made products, resulting in trade deficits and their domestic economies are said to be on the verge of collapse.

This may be a bit sudden, but I have proposed that the US and Russian governments jointly operate a special zone in the Philippines, accepting Gazans with US or Russian visas.

It is the labor force that is hindering Russia's economic growth. By producing Russian products in the Philippines, Russia can enter the Western economy, not just for its own use.

By involving Russia, the US can check China in the South China Sea. A wise man "wins without fighting." Trump should understand "my aim." Good luck.

Philippine diplomats, embassy staff, and Filipino drivers have suffered the same damage as me.

This case is an arbitrary misapplication of the law by police officers, prosecutors, and judges. (It is an illegal act).

The charges are "Abuse of the authority of a special public official" and "Crimes of False Complaints".

In my "personal opinion," the prosecutors "concealed" the "criminal complaint" and "criminal accusation" by their "authority." Therefore, the "statute of limitations" has been suspended.

"Chapter 8." This case is "legally" an "error in the application of law."

"Errors in the application of law" are not subject to "requests for retrial" under the "Criminal Procedure Law."

However, if the "crime of the inspectors and police officers involved in the case" is "proven," a request for retrial can be made.

1. The charge against the "special public officials" in this case is "abuse of the authority of special public officials."

They "arrested" us even though there was "no suspicion of a crime." And they even "detained" us. (There is a precedent for grand jury decisions.)

2. And it is "the crime of false accusation." It is a fact that they "indicted" us and even found us guilty in a "trial" in order to make us criminals.

Requests for retrial can be made by us or by the prosecutors.

I believe that the prosecution should admit guilt and make a request for a retrial.

I will not give up. It has been 15 years since the incident.

The only country that can resolve this case is the United States.

When Trump was the former president, he promised me.

He replied with a signed letter saying, "I will resolve this in a way that satisfies you."

I hope that this time he will keep his promise.

President Trump, let's work together to "revive the Rust Belt" and create a "special zone on the Mexican border."

And let's cross the Caribbean Sea to the Pacific Ocean in two hours with the "American Linear Canal Railway," a freight train dedicated to containers that will replenish the Panama Canal.
