Ich beanspruche zwei Dinge in diesem Verbrechen.
1. Ausländer führten "illegale Arbeit außerhalb des Aufenthaltsstatus" durch. Das ist unschuldig.
Nur Ausländer wurden mit Artikel 70 des Einwanderungsgesetzes "Sünden illegaler Arbeit" bestraft.
In Bezug auf das Einwanderungskontrollgesetz sieht das Einwanderungskontrollgesetz Arbeitgeber vor, die "ursächliche Beziehungen" illegaler Arbeit zur Einwanderungskontrolle gemäß Artikel 73-2 haben
(Ein Verbrechen, das illegale Beschäftigung förderte).
Die japanische Justiz "entledigt" jedoch nur Ausländer und verfügt nicht über Arbeitgeber.
Dies verstößt offensichtlich gegen den "Grundsatz der Gleichheit unter dem Gesetz".
Und es verstößt gegen das Völkerrecht, das die bewusste Beseitigung von Ausländern verbietet.
Wenn "ein illegal beschäftigter Arbeitgeber" unschuldig ist, ist ein "illegal arbeitender Ausländer" unschuldig.
Wenn ja, gibt es niemanden, "der andere strafrechtliche Verbrechen unterstützt hat" gegen Artikel 70 des Einwanderungsgesetzes.

2 "Staatsanwaltschaft" als Straftatgrund,
