罪名は、特別「公務員職権乱用罪」および「虚偽告訴罪」です。

検察は「告訴状」「告発状」を職権によって握りつぶしました。

よって「公訴時効」は停止しています。

私は、2つのことを「訴えて」います。

1)外国人が「在留の資格」以外の「違法な労働」を行った。しかし外国人は無罪です。

2)検察は「入管法22-4-4条の支援」を理由として、入管法70条に対して刑法の60条および62条の

「他の犯罪を支援する罪」を「適用」したが「適用する法律の誤り」です。

私は、私および中国人、フィリッピン大使館関係者に対する、

However, the Japanese government has not restored the victim's honor or compensated.

Japan's ruling and opposition parties have been hiding and disregarding this fact.

In addition, many foreigners who have been punished 

by the Immigration Control Act Article 70 “Activities outside their qualifications” are “innocent”.

The reason is that "the person who hired them illegally" was not punished 

under Article 73-2 of the Immigration Control Act.

Therefore, foreigners violate Article 14 of the Constitution of Japan, 

“equality under the law” and international law, which prohibits arbitrary “punishment”.

米国民は自由と民主主義の米国を復活するべきだ！アメリカを中国や日本のような「独裁国家」にしてはいけない！トランプは「習近平」や「安倍晋三」の影響を受けすぎた。その影響は警察の行き過ぎた暴力行為に表れている。トランプは米国の軍隊で国民を抑えつけようとした。「ＯＢを含む米軍」はトランプに対して「抵抗」した、そして米国の民主主義を「守った」。「警察官の殺人行為」が続いている中で、12日夜、アトランタで警察官が黒人男性を射殺した。地元警察の署長はすぐに辞任した。

第1部。アメリカでは黒人に対する警察官の「過剰な対応」が問題にされている。そうした最中に、

米国民の６７％が「習近平の体制」に「反感」を持っている。

米国では「反中政策」は人気だと言う。

「共和党の支持者」の多数が「トランプ支持」のようです。

しかし「バイデン候補」も「中国たたき=Chinese seared」を始めた。

それはトランプ以上に凄まじい。

彼は中国と「取引」をする必要がないからだ。

私は、これがバイデン候補がリードしている理由だと思う。

選挙資金ではトランプが優勢だ。

選挙戦では高額なＴＶスポット広告で、批判に直ちに反撃できる。

しかし、警察官の暴力、そしてトランプの失言をＴＶスポットで挽回するには難しいと思う。

トランプは「オバマゲート」を追及している。

しかしトランプにも弱点がある。

私はトランプに「入管法違反事件」での人権問題で助けを求めた。

ホワイトハウスの回答は「私が、満足する形で解決する」だった。

あれから、ずいぶん、時間がたった。

あの回答は、何度もあったが、いずれも「リップサービス」だったに違いない。

第2部。欧米諸国には「高い経済成長」が必要です。

「GDP」をアップするには「移民」が必要です。

米国は「過剰な農産物」の消費を増大するために「移民」が必要です。

中国の工場を米国に戻すため「中国のような工業団地」が必要です。

先進国は常に「工場設備」の更新を行い中国より生産性を高めることが重要です。

世界の工場を中国から取り戻して「自国の労働者」の仕事を増やすべきです。

欧米諸国は中国に頼らない経済政策が必要です 。

貧民の問題を解決して「先進国と後進国」が「コラボ」して「平和な地球を実現」をすることが重要です。

「特別地帯」では、

１）アメリカはメキシコとの国境沿いに「特別地帯」を建設することを、私は「提案」をし続けて、います。

２）そして私は、欧州をはじめ、各国にも「特別地帯」を建設することを提案をし続けて、います。

３）「米国の特別地帯」は同盟国の戦略工場です。

４）「特別地帯」に貧民（不法移民）や難民を「暫定移民」として受け入れます。

５）「暫定移民」の「生活の範囲」は「特別地帯」に限定します。

６）「米国の同盟国」の「企業」は、「特別地帯」に労働集約型の工場を建設します。

７）工場の労働者の多くは「暫定移民」です。

彼らは「技能研修生」や「単純労働者」として働きます。

８）「暫定移民」は一定期間を「特別地帯」で働いて、安全な移民であると「認定」した者は、

「労働移民」として国内で自由に労働できます。

９）「暫定移民」の送金で彼らの「母国」は豊かになります。

10）「暫定移民」は消費者としても経済に貢献します。

第３部。日本政府の人権侵害による被害者を支援してください。

入管法「資格外活動」を行った外国人に、「虚偽の雇用契約書」を「交付した者」は「無罪」です。

国際社会の指摘により日本の国会は2017年入管法を改訂しました。

上記の行為を従来は処罰できなかったので、「入管法の改正」により処罰できるようにしました。

したがって過去に処罰された者は「無実」です。

しかし日本政府は被害者の名誉の回復と賠償をしていません。

日本の「与党と野党」はこの事実を隠して無視し続けています。

また、入管法70条「資格外の活動」で処罰を受けた外国人の多くは「無実」です。

理由は「違法に彼らを雇用した者」が入管法73－2条で処罰を受けていません。

したがって外国人は日本国憲法14条「法の下での平等」および恣意的な「処罰」を禁止した国際法に違反します。

この被害者は世界にたくさんいます。

皆さん彼らを支援してください。

由世界の繁栄は、自由と民主そして「法の下で支配」されることで「実現」されます。
