In China, which is a "surveillance society," a complete "smart city" system can be built. I continue to argue that this difficult “trial and error” should be done in a “special zone”.

I think this is where the country of freedom and democracy suffers the most.
If you insist on "human rights", you lose to the "China" system.
The United States should build a "smart city" in a "special zone"
in cooperation with the countries of Western Europe.

Of course, “China and Japan” in East Asia,
which is a “totalist” or “authoritarian” nation,
should not be allowed to participate in this special zone.
In "smart cities", "robots" do most of the work.
"Labor shortage" in developed countries will be resolved. Rather, it will be "excessive".
I am worried about the "work" and "human rights" of people in "developing countries".
The construction of a "smart city" requires an astronomical amount of investment.
Developed countries should focus their investment on “smart cities”.

who has performed “unqualified activities” under the Immigration Control Act is “innocent”.
The Japanese Diet has revised the Immigration Control Act of 2017 due to the indications
of the international community.
Since the above actions could not be punished in the past,
we have made it possible to punish them by "Revision of Immigration Control Act".
Therefore, those who have been punished in the past are "innocent."
However, the Japanese government has not restored the victim's honor or compensated.
Japan's ruling and opposition parties have hidden this fact and continued to ignore it.
In addition, many foreigners who have been punished
by the Immigration Control Act Article 70 “Activities outside their qualifications” are “innocent”.
The reason is that "the person who hired them illegally" was not punished
under Article 73-2 of the Immigration Control Act.
Therefore, foreigners violate Article 14 of the Constitution of Japan,
“equality under the law” and international law, which prohibits arbitrary “punishment”.
There are many victims in the world.
