To president trump
Saturday, January 17, 2026 edition.
What the #supermilitary superpowers of the United States, Russia, and China have in common is that they lack or have poor universal health and nursing insurance.
The three countries should become the world's leading welfare states. A first-rate military but third-rate welfare state would make a #pathetic country. That's why I continue to propose the creation of a #Tripartite Military Alliance (#G3MA) among the #supermilitary superpowers of the United States, Russia, and China.
If the #G3MA were established, the world would have no choice but to become a #defensive-oriented nation. This would allow the reduced military spending to be used for the #welfare of its citizens.
If each country became a #defensive-oriented nation, the United States, Russia, and China would also be able to significantly reduce their #military spending. If the reduced military spending were used for "#national welfare," the three countries would become world-class "welfare states," and the people would be delighted with their "national leaders."
Russia does not have a public "#elderlycare insurance" system like Japan, which covers all citizens. Russia's "elderly care" system is primarily funded by the federal government, federal entities, and local governments, funded primarily by taxes. That's meager!
In 2016, the Chinese government began piloting a long-term care insurance system in several cities and regions. Funding is provided by a combination of employer and employee contributions (similar to Japan's long-term care insurance) and government subsidies. China seems to have emerged as the leader among the three countries.
In Russia, there is a strong belief that "#caregiving is the family's responsibility," and it is common for family members (especially women) to shoulder the actual caregiving responsibilities. I think the same is true in China and the United States.
In the United States, because "#nursing homes" are expensive, I often see articles about children quitting their jobs to care for their parents. In China, with its declining birthrate and aging population, #long-term care insurance seems urgent.
The out-of-pocket costs for #nursing homes in #France vary greatly depending on the type of facility and the services offered, ranging from around 900 euros per month for independent facilities in rural areas (MARPA), to...
For French nursing homes (EHPAD), the monthly cost ranges from 1,500 to 3,000 euros (higher in urban areas like Paris). Food and accommodation are the patient's responsibility, and nursing and medical expenses are partially covered by public insurance and allowances (such as APA). However, pensions alone are often insufficient, placing a heavy burden on families.
#France should establish a #special zone in #Algeria, similar to the #special zone on the #Mexico border, and build low-cost #nursing homes in that zone.
The average cost of institutional care in the #UK can reach around £850 (approximately ¥164,000) per week, including food, accommodation, and nursing care services. That's extremely expensive.
I've proposed that the UK build a #specialzone (overseas factory zone) in the #Philippines. However, the Philippines is too far away. The UK should build it in the #AlgerianSpecialZone.
Europe should dismantle #NATO and create a #EuropeanArmy. If this #EuropeanArmy were to be dedicated to #defense, military spending would be reduced to about one-tenth or one-hundredth of its current level. If the savings were used for #healthcare and #nursingcare insurance, the people of Europe would be ecstatic.
If Europe built #nursinghomes in the #AlgerianSpecialZone and employed #temporaryimmigrants (illegible immigrants) as caregivers, it would be possible to provide low-cost #nursinghomes to European citizens.
With the #agingpopulation and #lowbirthrate, it's impossible to burden children with the burden of #careforparents. The government should take responsibility for providing #nursing care facilities and providing them to the #elderly at #lowcosts. This way, young people can work with peace of mind.
#PresidentTrump, #Putin, and #PresidentXiJinping should hold a #trilateral meeting early in the new year. The theme of the meeting is the creation of the #G3MA and making each country a #defensive-only nation. Go Trump, Go Putin, Go XiJinping!

Part 2. "Immigration Control Act Violation Cases" "Saturday Edition".
Please see the weekday edition for Chapters 1 and 2.
"Chapter 3". I also appealed to the international community.
"I" explained my case using "legal logic" and claimed "innocence". However, the police and prosecutors said that I should "admit" my "guilt" in "general terms".

However, Article 31 of the Japanese Constitution stipulates that punishment can only be imposed based on "legal and administrative law".
The judge explained the "causal relationship" using the logic of "when the wind blows, the (cooper) makes money". The international community will "laugh" when they "see" the (reason for punishment) in Chapter 2.
I am "appealing" for two things.
1: The foreigner was "illegally working" outside of his "legal residence status". However, he is innocent due to "equality under the law".
2: The prosecution "applied" the "act of aiding and abetting" of "Article 22, Paragraph 4, Item 4 of the Immigration Control Act (cancellation of residence status)" to the violation of Article 70 of the Immigration Control Act as the "crime of aiding and abetting" of Articles 60 and 62 of the Criminal Code. In this case, the provisions of the Immigration Control Act (administrative measures) take precedence.
Prosecutors do not have the "legal skills" to prepare an indictment. Prosecutors do not have the "legal ability" to prepare an indictment. In Japanese, it's like "mixing miso paste and feces."
In 2010, "me and the Chinese" who violated the Immigration Control Act, and in 2013, Philippine embassy staff and diplomats were also punished for the same reason.
Under pressure from the international community, the Japanese government revised the Immigration Control Act.
However, the Japanese government has not "apology" to "me, the Chinese, and the Filipinos." It has not "restored their honor or paid compensation."
In response to criticism from the international community, the Japanese government amended the Immigration Control Act in December 2016 to make it punishable to "provide" a "false employment contract." This came into effect in January 2017.
However, Article 39 of the Constitution means that people cannot be "punished" "retroactively."
Japan needs to re-educate its special-class public servants and educate its Diet members on the Constitution and laws.

This case is an error in the arbitrary application of the law by police officers, prosecutors, and judges. Reeducation of special public officials is necessary.
"Chinese, Korean, Filipino, American, etc." There are tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of victims all over the world. It's an abnormal number.
"Chapter 5". After his release, he emailed the Japanese embassy, OHCHR, and ICC for help.
The ambassador of African country A cannot protest to the Japanese government in his capacity as ambassador. (Because country A is supported by the Japanese government), but he can get his friends at the ICC to take action.
I think an international organization probably pointed this out to the Japanese government.
After that, the Immigration Control Act was amended in December 2016 to make it possible to punish the act of providing false employment contracts. This came into effect in January 2017.
But no one has not notified us of anything.
Furthermore, Article 39 of the Constitution stipulates that laws cannot be applied retroactively to punish people.
There are tens of thousands, even hundreds of thousands, of victims around the world, and they are said to be "Chinese, Korean, Filipino, American, etc." This is an abnormal number.
The rest will be published in the Sunday edition.
