If Vance is aiming for the presidency in the next election, he should keep his prom-ises to the American people. "America First" should prioritize protecting the lives of American citizens over military spending to defend Israel.

Vance is struggling to secure funding, but he should adopt my proposal of a bal-anced countervailing tariff and implement export incentives to control import prices.

I've said this many times, but the #Trump tariffs are absolutely necessary to elimi-nate the #trade deficit. However, #Americans will not support a policy that simply imposes tariffs on American citizens.

#Balanced countervailing duties are a system where tariffs are waived for each im-porter once their #exports and #imports balance out. The #Trump tariffs should be levied on #net trade deficits.

Importers like #Walmart should import #general merchandise from exporters in China and other countries, and in return, export US-made #beef and other products to #Chinese exporters.

If #Walmart exports the same amount to Chinese exporters as it imports, #exports and #imports balance out, and the #taxable amount is #zero. The Trump tariffs can then be waived.

American consumers will naturally buy imported goods from stores where the Trump tariffs are waived. This will encourage importers to compete and export #US products.

This way, even without abolishing the "#Trump tariffs," the US trade deficit will be eliminated. American citizens can purchase imported products with "#effectively zero tariffs."

My scenario is "#not wrong." Implementing my proposed "#equilibrium countervail-ing duty" will satisfy everyone, including American citizens and Chinese companies. This is practical economics.
