To President Trump
December 13, 2025
Prime Minister Takaichi cannot be Japan's Zelensky! In a phone call with Prime Min-ister Takaichi, President Trump stated, "I do not want the deterioration of Japan-China relations to escalate any further."
Though the Japanese government denies this, this statement is being interpreted as indicating President Trump's strong commitment to improving relations with Chi-na, undermining Japan's hopes of gaining U.S. support in a war with China.
Europe and Japan should stop exploiting the United States. They are trying to "draw the United States in" and start a war, but I believe Trump is "wise" and "will not fall for such a tactic."
The United States is asking China to postpone tightening its rare earth export con-trols. Without rare earth imports, the United States cannot manufacture cutting-edge weapons and therefore "cannot afford to wage war in other countries."
China continues to strongly demand that Prime Minister Takaichi retract her Diet statement regarding the Taiwan issue. The Japanese government insists there is no need to revoke the declaration, and there are no signs of improved relations.
At the House of Representatives Budget Committee meeting on the 7th of this month, Takaichi stated, "If China were to resort to military force, it could easily be-come a threat to our survival." However, I believe that Taiwan is a "fleeing army," and that the Chinese military's attack on Taiwan is a domestic issue.
The Taiwanese military should stop "fleeing," lay down its arms, and submit to mili-tary tribunals by the Chinese government. If the Taiwanese military "surrenders without bloodshed," the Chinese government should "peacefully" end the civil war.
In a public opinion poll, 61.0% of respondents (including "somewhat appropriate") considered Prime Minister Takaishi's Diet response, in which he recognized a Tai-wan emergency as a "situation of existential threat" and authorized the exercise of the right of collective self-defense, to be "appropriate." This clearly demonstrates Japan's overall tendency toward "militarism."
According to the poll, the Japanese people are prepared to send the Self-Defense Forces to war if the Chinese military attempts to punish remnants of the Taiwanese military. As a conservative, I find this hard to believe.
If the SDF were to go to war with China, I believe that US forces stationed in Japan and South Korea would also be deployed in combat against China under the securi-ty treaty. Trump should "withdraw" US troops stationed there.
Because the United States did not send troops to the Ukraine war, there were no combat casualties, but if war breaks out between Japan and China, I believe many US soldiers will be sacrificed, as in the Vietnam War.
If the Takaishi administration does not "retract its rhetoric" and "reflect on its ac-tions," the Trump administration should abrogate the US-Japan Security Treaty, withdraw US troops from Japan, and the American people should shout the slogan "Remember Pearl Harbor."
To avoid being drawn into a "China-Japan war," the US, Russia, and China should form a "tripartite military alliance" (#G3MA) and become a "group of joint hege-monic nations."
Once #G3MA is formed, no one will be able to resist this "group of joint hegemonic nations." I am convinced that war will no longer be a solution. Each country will be-come a "nation with a solely defensive posture," and military spending will be sig-nificantly reduced.
If President Trump forms the #G3MA before the midterm elections, the Republicans will win by a landslide. If not, Republicans will increasingly distance themselves from President Trump, and the Trump administration will fall into lame-duck status.

Please see the weekday edition for Chapters 1 and 2.
"Chapter 3". I also appealed to the international community.
"I" explained my case using "legal logic" and claimed "innocence". However, the police and prosecutors said that I should "admit" my "guilt" in "general terms".

However, Article 31 of the Japanese Constitution stipulates that punishment can only be imposed based on "legal and administrative law".
The judge explained the "causal relationship" using the logic of "when the wind blows, the (cooper) makes money". The international community will "laugh" when they "see" the (reason for punishment) in Chapter 2.
I am "appealing" for two things.
1: The foreigner was "illegally working" outside of his "legal residence status". However, he is innocent due to "equality under the law".
2: The prosecution "applied" the "act of aiding and abetting" of "Article 22, Paragraph 4, Item 4 of the Immigration Control Act (cancellation of residence status)" to the violation of Article 70 of the Immigration Control Act as the "crime of aiding and abetting" of Articles 60 and 62 of the Criminal Code. In this case, the provisions of the Immigration Control Act (administrative measures) take precedence.
Prosecutors do not have the "legal skills" to prepare an indictment. Prosecutors do not have the "legal ability" to prepare an indictment. In Japanese, it's like "mixing miso paste and feces."
In 2010, "me and the Chinese" who violated the Immigration Control Act, and in 2013, Philippine embassy staff and diplomats were also punished for the same reason.
Under pressure from the international community, the Japanese government revised the Immigration Control Act.
However, the Japanese government has not "apology" to "me, the Chinese, and the Filipinos." It has not "restored their honor or paid compensation."
In response to criticism from the international community, the Japanese government amended the Immigration Control Act in December 2016 to make it punishable to "provide" a "false employment contract." This came into effect in January 2017.
However, Article 39 of the Constitution means that people cannot be "punished" "retroactively."
Japan needs to re-educate its special-class public servants and educate its Diet members on the Constitution and laws.
"Chapter 4." Look at the "indictment."
The facts stated "state" the "facts" of "innocence." (Japanese/English)

This case is an error in the arbitrary application of the law by police officers, prosecutors, and judges. Reeducation of special public officials is necessary.
"Chinese, Korean, Filipino, American, etc." There are tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of victims all over the world. It's an abnormal number.
"Chapter 5". After his release, he emailed the Japanese embassy, OHCHR, and ICC for help.
The ambassador of African country A cannot protest to the Japanese government in his capacity as ambassador. (Because country A is supported by the Japanese government), but he can get his friends at the ICC to take action.
I think an international organization probably pointed this out to the Japanese government.
After that, the Immigration Control Act was amended in December 2016 to make it possible to punish the act of providing false employment contracts. This came into effect in January 2017.
But no one has not notified us of anything.
Furthermore, Article 39 of the Constitution stipulates that laws cannot be applied retroactively to punish people.
There are tens of thousands, even hundreds of thousands, of victims around the world, and they are said to be "Chinese, Korean, Filipino, American, etc." This is an abnormal number.
