As of November 28, Trump said he would have Vitkov visit Russia next week to present the latest peace plan he had worked out with Ukraine and hold final ne-gotiations. But I think that's impossible again!

The peace plan the United States presented to Ukraine on the 20th leaned heavily toward Moscow's demands, but it was later revised during the "U.S.-Ukraine negotiations" in Geneva. A European delegation was also in Geneva at the time.

The U.S. and Russia reached an agreement, presented it to Ukraine, and then EU volunteers and Ukraine negotiated and drafted a new agreement. The U.S. presented it again to Russia, but Russia rejected it. This cycle continues.

On the 27th, Putin reiterated his core demands in the war, saying Russia would only stop fighting if Ukrainian forces withdrew from territories claimed by Rus-sia.

Putin told reporters he accused Ukraine of wanting to "fight to the last Ukraini-an." He said Russia was ready to comply "in principle."

President Putin has long sought legal recognition of Ukrainian territories seized by Russia by force. This includes southern Crimea, which Russia annexed in 2014, and the eastern Donbas region, currently largely occupied by Russian forces.

Putin further argued that the Ukrainian government lacks legitimacy and that signing documents with Ukraine is "meaningless." President Trump finds this assertion "worrisome."

Zelensky was democratically elected in May 2019 and completed his term last May. However, Ukraine has not held elections due to martial law imposed dur-ing the war with Russia.

In February of this year, the Ukrainian parliament unanimously passed a resolu-tion confirming Zelensky's legitimacy. I believe this is meaningless because the Ukrainian Constitution provides for direct elections.

Putin also dismissed warnings from European leaders that Russia could attack the European continent within the next few decades, saying, "From our per-spective, this is truly laughable." I believe NATO should abandon its "Eastern Aggression" policy and focus on "exclusively defensive defense."

As such, "peace" between NATO member states and Russia is impossible. The United States, currently the leader of NATO, is not a "hegemonic nation." Therefore, the war will not end if things continue as they are.

I believe the world needs a new "hegemonic nation." That's why I propose the creation of a "Tripartite Military Alliance (G3MA)" consisting of the United States, Russia, and China.

Presidents Trump, Putin, and Xi Jinping should meet, and the three countries should become "co-hegemonic nations" and act as the world's police.

The "EU willing nations" cannot oppose the decisions of the G3MA. The Ukraine war should end with the decision of the G3MA. We should then turn the world into an "exclusively defensive defense nation," reduce military spending, and work to improve the lives of our citizens.

Philippine diplomats, embassy staff, and Filipino drivers have suffered the same damage as me.

This case is an arbitrary misapplication of the law by police officers, prosecutors, and judges. (It is an illegal act).

The charges are "Abuse of the authority of a special public official" and "Crimes of False Complaints".

In my "personal opinion," the prosecutors "concealed" the "criminal complaint" and "criminal accusation" by their "authority." Therefore, the "statute of limitations" has been suspended.

"Chapter 8." This case is "legally" an "error in the application of law."

"Errors in the application of law" are not subject to "requests for retrial" under the "Criminal Procedure Law."

However, if the "crime of the inspectors and police officers involved in the case" is "proven," a request for retrial can be made.

They "arrested" us even though there was "no suspicion of a crime." And they even "detained" us. (There is a precedent for grand jury decisions.)

Requests for retrial can be made by us or by the prosecutors.

I believe that the prosecution should admit guilt and make a request for a retrial.

I will not give up. It has been 15 years since the incident.

The only country that can resolve this case is the United States.

When Trump was the former president, he promised me.

He replied with a signed letter saying, "I will resolve this in a way that satisfies you."

I hope that this time he will keep his promise.

President Trump, let's work together to "revive the Rust Belt" and create a "special zone on the Mexican border."
